Hillarys Marina is 5 minutes walking distance away - Western Australia's most highly visited area. Trendy cafes and restaurants all walking distance. This villa sits high on a hill and has panoramic views. Kitchen boasts high quality appliances so you can cook with ease while watching the boats sail by. 50"flat screen TV .
