This updated unique unit, is located on the third floor of a multi-unit historic building (no elevator). Queen-size bed, full kitchen, bathroom, small patio with table and 2 chairs. Portable air conditioner May to October. Travel Crib available (please request😊). 5-12 min walk to cafes, restaurants, pubs, galleries, shops, the boardwalk, bus stops, TD Station, & Imperial Theatre. Drive: 8 min to the ferry, 8 min to the Regional Hospital, 16 min to the airport (YSJ), 3 min to the highway.

This lovely 2 story suite is located on the 4th & 5th floor of a heritage building on the harbourfront in uptown. The 4th-floor includes a fully equipped kitchen with a bar, large windows that offer a view of the surrounding historic buildings, and the busy harbor from the balcony! The 5th floor opens to a large bedroom with a King-size bed, a Jacuzzi and fantastic harbor views. There is plenty of space for you and your significant other! A luxurious & minimalistic apartment in the heart of the city & middle of all the action! Stunning harbor sunsets every night! A few steps to Saint John’s historic centre, restaurants, art galleries, offices, coffee shops, best bars (including in the basement of the building), shops, live music & more! Great for young professionals, couples, small/medium groups (no hosting large parties), business travelers, etc. This is a bustling building - fair warning that it can be noisy sometimes :)
