The two-story cottage combines old world charm with modern comforts. On the ground floor, guests enjoy a cosy living room featuring a wood burning fireplace and a generous, well equiped kitchen with dining table overlooking a private garden, as well as laundry facilities and a second WC. Upstairs, the two generous bedrooms share a bathroom and feature queen sized beds. With off street parking and local village amenities only a short stroll away, the cottage is less than 6kms from the airport

We want to offer visitors to Hobart a unique & luxurious accommodation experience, which connects modern design with its rugged, bush environment. Located in West Hobart, we are a short 8 minute drive to the Salamanca water front. Our 2 story house is nestled in a private bushy street, with amazing views of the Derwent River, South Hobart, Sandy Bay & beyond. The home is spacious and private, yet surrounded by (harmless) local wildlife. You will see many wallabies grazing on the property.

Using the shack as your base, no matter which direction you choose to venture, there’s an array of experiences and activities to explore, 20 min to Hobart Airport, 40 min to Hobart, gateway to Richmond, East Coast, Port Arthur and the Tasman Peninsula. Our Cottage is a family friendly self contained accommodation. Our Cottage is a short 3 minute walk close to the famous Ross Village Bakery well known for Kikki. A spacious three bedroom house welcomes couples or can sleep up to 6 guests. 2 bedrooms with queen bed, bedroom three has 2 single beds. Open plan kitchen living area. Bathroom with a bath and walk in shower. No Pets - No parties -off Street parking. WFI available
