The home is well appointed and very homey and comfortable. Ben was quick to respond to our questions and was committed to making sure we were comfortable and enjoying our stay. I highly recommend this beautiful property!

We had a wonderful time at stony creek outlook! The property sits on a mountain with a beautiful view. The house was big enough for the two families we had with kids ranging from 1-6. The hot tub was used every night and loved by the littles (and adults once bedtime came) . The kitchen had everything we needed as we chose to cook most nights. Skyline drive entrance was close, about 20 min. We opted to hike blackrock summit at the recommendation of the host. We were a little concerned with the littles we had but it ended up being perfect distance with a breathtaking view! On the rainy day we had we visited Massanutten waterpark. We enjoyed a fire in the pit on a cold evening. Elkton brewery was a fun spot to have a beer. The biggest hit with the kids were the visits from the neighbors two very friendly dogs, Lily and venture. Although we didn’t bring our own dog, the house was well equipped to bring your dogs own furry friend. Can’t say enough nice things about this place!

Awesome house for a great price. Great area, lots of light, had everything you need to be comfortable and the hot tub was great to have. The house has the appeal of an old cabin but everything feels new and clean and fresh. Devils Knob Overlook is just up the hill, and was great for walking the dog to and just sitting down and enjoying the view. This will be the first house we look for to stay in when we come back.

We were extremely happy with our stay in Massanutten, VA. The property manager gave early, clear instructions on what to do at check-in, rules regarding pets, and what was needed at check-out. When there appeared to be an issue with the clothes washer, a handyperson came to the house and had it fixed before we were back from our hike that day. I can highly recommend this property for kids - there are games galore in the basement, enough beds for a family of 5-6, and a spacious, cozy living room. The kitchen had everything we needed. The property was very well maintained inside and out. Above all else, using this property was easy from start to finish, which is all you can ask for in a vacay rental. 5 out of 5 stars!

Beautiful location on a farm in a location in Virginia horse country. Small house on its own lot with views of the farm. Close to several great vineyards and not far from Charlottesville. We had a peaceful several days retreat here, and would be happy to return on another occassion. Julie was great at providing directions and reaching out to see if we needed anything

WOW! This cabin in the clouds was truly a peaceful place. The house and decor are immaculate, and the host truly thought of everything you might need. She was not kidding about the driveway being steep and wind-y but we all made it up with our sedans and enjoyed the mountain air and views for a perfect girls getaway. The house has so much character and such a nice experience.

Absolutely gorgeous house for our getaway!! Truly! We wish we could live here! The views off the deck are stunning. It’s so peaceful up here. The house has lots of space. The kitchen is well-stocked with all the dishes & supplies needed. Coffee maker, tea pot (stovetop & electric), pots/pans, wine glasses, mugs, cutting boards, utensils, spatulas, etc. There are 3 separate deck spaces: one on the lower level, one on ground floor level-off the living room, and one with the hot tub. Rocking chairs on lower level deck with more chairs & a table, outdoor furniture sets and fire pit on main level deck. Everything was spotless & clean! Liquid hand soaps, shampoo, conditioner, & body wash in every bathroom. Tons of towels. We only saw 3 extra blankets, but we didn’t check all the closets, so if u like lots of blankets, ask the host or bring some. Lots of closet space. Master closet has hangers. We didn’t look in the others. Host is very responsive! Super helpful!! Will definitely use again

Perfect stay for our trip to Virginia! Close enough to Shenandoah for hiking, and only 40 mins to Charlottesville for dining or grocery shopping! Absolutely gorgeous views, and we felt very safe yet secluded. The drive up the mountain every day is no joke though, definitely would want 4WD/AWD! Also, there are A LOT of bugs, but it is in the middle of the woods, so it was to be expected. Overall, an amazing treehouse for me and my husband's vacation!

We had a great stay here. Kimberly was kind enough to let us reschedule after some of our party got the flu and we had to cancel the original reservation. Entering the house was easy and there is a book of useful instructions. The hot tub and fire pit were easy to use and nice after a cold day on the mountain. When we checked in we didn’t have paper towels, but the host responded to my message quickly and provided all the paper products we needed the next morning. We had a little trouble with the hot water in 2 of showers, but were able to use the other two. All in all, we had a great stay!
