With 2 living areas the kids can watch and play what they want while the adults enjoy the other living room. This 3 bedroom makes it ideal for families to come and spread out after a long day on the water or a cold day on the trails. A small fenced in back yard with fire pit will give those crisp fall nights the perfect Michigan evening. Trailer storage during stay just 2 blocks away.

Equipped with amenities such as a kitchen, comfortable furnishings and a full bathroom. It is perfectly situated on the southeast side of Houghton Lake, providing seclusion with a natural spring running directly behind the property and access to 170 feet of lakefront for year-round activities.
