Elegant and Artistic Loft on Historic Madero Street

The apartment is a single volume space at unique San Carlos building, a 19th Century ex-Hotel, recently refurbished on Madero Street, between Bellas Artes and Zócalo. You can access to the apartment 303 and the roof terrace. If you need anything or have any doubt, you can always reach me through the system or in my cell phone. It will be a pleasure to make your stay a great experience. The loft is in a former hotel in a prime location on historic Madero Street, between Bellas Artes and the Zocalo. It's walking distance to major attractions, and is close to public transportation. Ideally, use google maps to orient yourself around the city. ¡Bienvenidos a Coyoacán! Estupendo loft de 120 m2 ubicado a tan solo 5 minutos caminando del Centro de Coyoacán. Vive la experiencia de este tranquilo e iluminado espacio abierto, ideal para descansar o trabajar y decorado con objetos llenos de historias. El loft se encuentra en el tercer piso de Casa Mavi, una antigua fábrica que fue remodelada para crear un lugar lleno de encanto que lo hace único. Cuenta con terrazas de uso común. The architecture combination, nature and the Roma neighborhood create a cozy, safe, quiet and central environment within Mexico City. The LOFT is located near different means of transportation such as the Metro and MetroBus. However, walking is always a great opportunity to enjoy the restaurants, parks, galleries and shops in the area. The Loft is fully equipped; it covers all needs that may arise on a business or pleasure trip, as well as long stays. We offer 500MB OF WiFi and Mobile WiFi.

Our praceful place, perfect oasis in the city.

Discover the City from this small and cozy oasis. A space full of light and with details that will make you feel in Mexico. The place is very quiet and the apartment lovingly decorated. As a host we can support you with whatever you need, do not hesitate to ask and if it is in our hands we will gladly do so. High ceilings, wooden beams and traditional pasta floors. A loft with a lot of character. The kitchen is fully equipped and the bathroom and its tub is an ideal way to end the day.

Eco-friendly Oasis in Colonia Roma

Enjoy the city in a unique and peaceful location in Roma Sur. Our loft, Xoxotic (green in Nahuatl), is located only a few blocks away from Condesa and Roma Norte, two of the “it” neighborhoods in the City, where you can find lovely cafés and bakeries, art galleries, indie boutiques, and some of the best restaurants in Latin America. The loft is on the second floor and there is no elevator, so you have to use stairs to get there.
