Private, recently remodeled with faux wood flooring 1-bedroom studio has a beautiful view of the Carquinez Straits, separate garden entrance, a stocked kitchenette (no stove/oven), full bath, SMART TV, and plenty of space and privacy. We are a short drive from Downtown Benicia, where you can enjoy the historic Main Street shops, restaurants, and bars. Or, depending on traffic , a 30-minute drive to Napa Valley, a 45-minute drive to San Francisco, or a 10 minute drive to the Vallejo/SF ferry.

This suite is a part of a single family house.The rest of the house is also rented as an Airbnb unit but with separate entrance. The deck area is shared. The entrance is in the backyard.

Tastefully designed attached guest suite in the Vista neighborhood has its own private entrance on the bottom floor of our custom mid-century home. Guest will enjoy a large studio with two queen beds, a kitchenette, and a private bathroom. This well-established neighborhood has easy access to I-80 & 780, Hwy 29 & 37, downtown Vallejo and the ferry terminal serving SF daily. Suisun, Napa, and Sonoma Valley wineries are a short drive away. And the quaint town of Benicia is about 10 minutes away.

Our house is 2 story/we live upstairs in a quiet neighborhood of Richmond/El Sob area. We have in-law unit on street level with one full bathroom, small bedroom with one comfy queen bed, tv, wi-fi, separate living area with kitchenette, microwave, medium size refrigerator, coffee maker, and single bed for 3rd person. Redwood Sanctuary is located in the idyllic Oakland Hills with beautiful vistas, hikes, and parks within a short drive. The home is situated on half an acre of land in the middle of redwood, eucalyptus, and oak trees secluded away from other homes. Montclair village is an 8 minute drive, providing lots of great food and shops. Minutes from Highway 13 and 580. It is a 1 bedroom studio with a queen bed and a pull out sofa bed. It can comfortably accommodate up to 3. We'd love to host your stay!

Only ten minutes to downtown district of historic Martinez with antique shops, restaurants and water front park. Nearby access to Briones Park and Mt. Wanda for hiking or biking. One mile to the John Muir National Historic site. Easy access to highways 4, 24, 680 and 80, Amtrak and BART.

Hercules is located in the East Bay. Less than 30 minutes drive to Berkeley, Oakland, San Francisco, Marin County, Napa Wine Country, Concord and Walnut Creek. The studio is very close to the major freeway entrance (highway 4 and interstate 80) which makes it easy to travel around the bay area.

The place is nestled in a garden setting . The cottage is stand alone and is not shared . The bathroom is detached, just a few steps away, through the garden, and shared with a very quiet and clean tenant, it is sparkling clean. The trails start just across the street and are fantastic, spreading over 800 acres of parkland. You will enjoy the quiet, peaceful and remote setting. We do have WiFi ;)
