Apartment on the beach with amazing view

Amazing view towards Mar Menor and La Manga from the 4th floor, first line to the beach. When you walk out of the building you just have to walk a few meters before you reach the beach. The apartment has a double bed, two single beds and a bunk bed. Air conditioning is installed, and in addition each bedroom and living room has ceiling fans. At the kitchen the tap has a water filter, this way you do not have to buy water, you can drink the water from the tap. Apartment painted in January 25.

Acogedor apartamento en urbanización de lujo. El apartamento cuenta con todas las comodidades para hacer tu estancia perfecta, terraza para disfrutar tus noches de verano y piscina. Está en una excelente ubicacion a solo 1,5 km del supermercado, 2,8km de la playa y 7,8 km del centro comercial. Ambiente tranquilo y acogedor. La urbanización cuenta con seguridad privada.
