Take a leisurely stroll to the owner’s tasting room on 12th St. downtown for a complimentary wine tasting of Bushong Vintage Company’s award winning wines. Enjoy a quiet home cooked meal or barbeque on the covered deck while watching deer graze. Or walk to the Paso Robles square for a memorable fine dining experience. This cozy hideaway can easily host up to four people in comfort on the memory foam mattress in the bedroom and the American Leather fold out sofa with a Temperpedic mattress. It is conveniently located close to the Mid-State fairgrounds, six blocks from the grocery store, and nine easily walkable blocks from beautiful downtown, which offers wine tasting, dining, and shopping. We also ask that pets are not allowed on the furniture.

We loved the location on the river so much, that’s why we bought here. The interior is all fresh and new. We walk less than a minute to get to the free vail bus, it’s so convenient! The entire space is yours. Enjoy the beautiful balcony overlooking Gorecreek or curl up on our new sofa to watch a movie with the fire on. We have an extremely comfortable new mattress that will make it hard to leave the bed. The kitchen is fully stocked with with all of the kitchen utensils you need to prepare a beautiful meal. We are on the Gore Creek in West Vail. Looking down the river and conveniently located across from the Free Vail Bus at Ptarmigan stop. Only minutes to Lionshead and Vail village, with some of our favorite restaurants and the grocery store. Please let us know if you will be arriving with a car.
