Owner lives in the upper level year round and is always handy with recommendations for fun entertainment etc.. Short term boat/trailer parking allowed and is just a 2-minute drive from the boat ramp!

Walking distance to everything there is to do in town, across from the town parking lot where you can park your trailer, boat or large vehicle for the whole duration of your stay. Built in 1901 and constantly renovated to keep up with our guests needs. Newly added Hot Tub (see house rules) lets you enjoy the fresh mountain air in the comfort of a 100 degree tub.

Peak View Place rental studio sleeps 4, has beautiful mountain views, an onsite seasonal hot tub and is within walking distance to both Main Street and the Summit Stage shuttle that links Frisco to Breckenridge Ski Resort (11 miles), or Copper Mountain (7 miles). In the winter there's skiing and tubing at Frisco Adventure Park just 1.5 miles away, while for summertime take your SUP or kayak to Frisco Bay is just 1 mile away. This is a VERY well stocked mountain retreat owned and managed by me - Pickles! It’s one of my favorite places to visit and when I’m not - I love to share it with you! **Smoking is not tolerated in or near the residence. Featuring windows that look out over the bustling creek, the cabin is perfectly situated right off the main road and tucked into a riverfront enclave. It's not fancy, so don't book if you want fancy. Design is simple, natural, & has an earthy feel about it. It is VERY clean, but not updated. Just minutes from historic Idaho Springs Colorado and 35 minutes from Denver.
