Launch your boat at Rockwood Boat launch for an unforgettable time on Moosehead Lake. Hiking and golfing opportunities are abundant, with a shuttle to Mount Kineo just a short walk away. End your day on the deck, grilling burgers and gathering around the fire pit for s'mores under the starry sky. Your unforgettable adventure awaits!

Large 4 BR house Moose River/Moosehead Lake!

We are on the paved road and right on the water at the mouth of Moose river, with a boardwalk along the lawn and plenty of boat docks protected from the open lake. Moosehead Lake is only 1/4 mile away by boat and stunning views of the lake, Mount Kineo and Farm Island. Boat and kayak rentals nearby Snowmobilers!! We are right off the main trail with gas, sled repair and rentals next door. Easy access to Moosehead lake and the entire northern Maine trail system. 3989 Route 15, Rockwood Maine

Lucky Duck Lodge

Privacy and comfort are yours when you stay in this spacious four season cabin which offers 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms with its own private ponds. The cabin is supplied with linens, towels, well equipped kitchen, A/C, WiFi, screened in porch, cozy rock fireplace, picnic table, fire pit, grill and beautiful scenery. The rate includes up to 2 guests, each additional guest is $35.00/night. Pets are welcomed for a fee of $20 per pet per day(maximum of 2) and campfire wood is available $5 a bundle.

Lakefront Home with Iconic Views

An iconic Moosehead Lake property with 500 feet of private waterfront, situated on 8 acres and possibly the best view of Mount Kineo. The opportunities to enjoy this home during all seasons are endless. From boating and swimming in the summer, beautiful foilage in the fall, to fishing and snowmobiling in the winter and spring. Some of the best fishing on the lake is off of our shoreline. ITS 86 runs directly in front of the house. Access to dock, mooring included. Ample parking.

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. Enjoy staying in the heart of Maines North Woods and all the Moosehead Lake area has to offer. Explore endless miles of trails with direct trail access to snowmobile, atv/utv, and cross country ski trails! Big Squaw Mountain Ski Area is just a short drive away for the downhill skiers. Enjoy the great hunting and fishing the area has to offer with countless streams, rivers, ponds, and logging roads to explore!

Moosehead Lake, Snowmobile Trails, Hot Tub

Unwind, recharge and reconnect at our beautiful house on Moosehead Lake. A short path takes you down to the lake and a pebble stone beach to swim, use our 4 kayaks, soak in our 4 season outdoor hot tub, or just relax with a good book. Access both the snowmobile and ATV trails from the driveway! Plenty of parking for trailers for all of your powersport toys. The Beaver Cove Marina is a short drive away and provides convenient access to launch your boat for the day.

River House in West Forks trail access ITS 86 & 87

The River House is located in downtown West Forks near Berry's Store. Close to whitewater rafting, hiking trails, & fishing. Big backyard great for lawn games, fire pit for nightly campfires. Plenty of room for ATV trailer parking and a huge backyard right on the Dead River. Intersection of ITS 86 and 87 across the street, easy trail access. Six restaurants within five miles, also accessible by trails. All new bedding, mattresses, appliances, and furniture.

House on Piper Pond Direct Snowmobile Trail Access

Cabin fully functional and still work in progress with large deck overlooking lake and beautiful sunsets! Peaceful large waterfront yard with fire pit. Bring your boat or jet skis. ATV & snowmobile trail access directly from driveway. 2 kayaks and a canoe to use. The pond has a sandy beach and boat launch. Hiking trails close by, Borestone Mountain, Kineo Mountain and Appalachian Trail to name a few. 30 minutes to Greenville and Moosehead lake.

NEW in 2025! WIFI is now available in ALL 6 of our cottages AND Roku TVs with Hulu + Live TV, Disney + and ESPN +. Guests can safely log into their own streaming options as well with the Roku TVs and they will automatically be logged out the day of their departure. Misty Morning Cottages is located directly on Moosehead Lake and Route 6/15 where all 6 of our cottages have amazing views of Mt. Kineo, the Spencer Mountains and much more!
