Year round waterfront home right on Moosehead located in Rockwood Maine. Swim, boat, snowmobile, fish and ice fish right from the property. This home is in an exclusive association accessed down 18 miles of well maintained dirt roads. Has a large yard & boat launch area with a dock. The perfect family trip for wildlife, kayaking, rafting, fishing, bird watching swimming and sitting by the fire. Home is off grid but has solar with auto generator power to provide all the amenities including WIFI.

Lucky Duck Lodge

Privacy and comfort are yours when you stay in this spacious four season cabin which offers 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms with its own private ponds. The cabin is supplied with linens, towels, well equipped kitchen, A/C, WiFi, screened in porch, cozy rock fireplace, picnic table, fire pit, grill and beautiful scenery. The rate includes up to 2 guests, each additional guest is $35.00/night. Pets are welcomed for a fee of $20 per pet per day(maximum of 2) and campfire wood is available $5 a bundle.

The cabin has close access to ATV and snowmobile trails, the Appalachian Trail, and golf courses. The house was built in 2017 and sleeps 6 + comfortably. It is not uncommon to wake up to 5-10 deer in the back yard or a moose walking down the road. This is where you come to get away from it all. Serene camp in a sweet spot on the Moose River. The recently renovated camp is bright and cozy. Sit back and watch the river flow. Gorgeous views of the rapids upstream and Mt. Kineo downstream. Tube down the river, kayak or stand up paddle board from the nearby small boat/canoe input. Tubes, paddle board and kayaks provided.
