With picture-perfect views of the intracoastal waterway, this bungalow is situated behind our home on one of the most beautiful riverside drives you will ever find. Perfect for walking, jogging, and bicycle cruising, the drive is canopied with stunning live oak trees and lined with a variety of palms and tropical foliage. Easy access to all central Florida has to offer.

Your hosts live next door and are happy to help, or stay out of your way depending on your needs and wants.

The Nest

The Nest has undergone a major renovation/expansion with the addition of a full kitchen/dining and separate bedroom. It is an adorable, lavishly decorated lower level, 700 sq ft cottage on a large property located along the Indian River and three blocks from the heart of Cocoa Village. Laundry facility is next door to the Nest and shared with upstairs unit. It has a private courtyard. Parking onsite for one only normal-sized vehicle. No Cleaning Fee on 1-2 day stays. Max two guests.

The home is 1600 sqft and your space is 335 sqft, private and cozy!!! It has a bedroom, living room and a full bath. parking is under carport for those tropical rainy days ( please park on the right side) it's shared space. There are two smart t.v which have Netflix, tubi, YouTube and others. the kitchenette has a keurig, compact size fridge and microwave. we have beach chairs/ towels, outside shower, hot and cold water. *cats on property!!! *dog named Lucy *ages 21 and over
