The home is at one of Floridas highest elevation points sitting 40ft above sea level which gives you an incredible view of the Indian River. If you look over the neighboring roofline you can spot NASA's VAB building. The home has original charm however does boast modern updated ceramic wood floor and a modern updated kitchen.

A king and queen bed with memory foam mattress ensure a comfortable night’s sleep. In the morning, stroll to our private dock and catch a brilliant sunrise as dolphins swim by in search of their morning meal. Half duplex, and fully equipped with kitchen and cooking basics. It is an adorable, lavishly decorated lower level, 700 sq ft cottage on a large property located along the Indian River and three blocks from the heart of Cocoa Village. Laundry facility is next door to the Nest and shared with upstairs unit. It has a private courtyard. Parking onsite for one only normal-sized vehicle. Max two guests.
