There is a small enclosed porch. Property has a shared yard, propane fire table, grills, picnic tables, and laundry areas.

Guests of Linden Tree will step back into a gentile time of elegance and opulence. The Carriage House showcases the historic home's antique architecture with antique beams and gleaming pumpkin pine floors.

Welcome to A Shore Thing! We are the ONLY home in the area with a fenced-in lot-sized yard that is next to the Hampton River and Seabrook Beach. Enjoy everything from fishing and swimming at Seabrook beach, to walking down to the Hampton Strip for the Casino, Arcades and Fried Dough! The yard is yours to use and/or split with the other side! 7 day stays (Sat to Sat) in the summer. FYI: No washer/dryer, AC and no towels provided!
