Bruce and Judy's Cozy Cottage

The guest house is a cozy, modern place perfect for a couple's stay in Spokane. In 2016, we gutted and rebuilt the 550 sq. ft. guest house and insulated it so it is very quiet inside. Kitchen is fully equipped. Close to popular hiking & biking trails, great restaurants, shopping, and the beautiful outdoors, you’ll love both exploring the gorgeous country views, finding the most fantastic sunrises and sunsets as well as settling into a fully-functional kitchen and cozy space.

Hidden Acres Orchards Camping (Not Glamping) TENT

Come enjoy a peaceful starry night surrounded by fruit trees. Hidden Acres Orchards is a fourth generation family farm that offers u-pick fruit, vegetables, flowers and a petting zoo. Tent has a queen bed with all bedding: sheets, blankets, pillows. This is a (waterproof) canvas tent, NOT a house... camping but with a comfy bed! We are a real working farm that is open to the public everyday, and ALSO a small campground, THEIR WILL BE OTHER PEOPLE ON THE PROPERTY.

Charming Audubon Park Bungalow

Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located place. This charming bungalow is one house in from Audubon Park and just up from Downriver golf course! Just 10 minutes from downtown and the hospitals, this beautiful 3 bedroom, 3 bath home creates a lovely place to relax and reset! The large backyard with fire pit, BBQ and comfy chairs invites you outside to enjoy all seasons. With restaurants and breweries in walking distance, this is the perfect retreat!

Apartment sleeps 4 w Lake access

This is an apartment unit on the ground floor of our lake home. Lake access is a 60 second walk away! The unit has it's own entrance and there is no access to the main home from the unit. The unit includes a King and double bed, kitchen with 2 burner stove and refrigerator and a large double vanity bath with a walk in shower, washer, and dryer. 1 block to 1 of 3 nearby golf courses and seconds to the lake this property is perfect for you and your family!
