Located on the South Hill in a quiet neighborhood. ✈️ 20 minutes to the airport 🏥 10 min Secret Heart Hospital 🏥 12 minutes to Deaconess Hospital 🛒 Lots of shopping and groceries within 10 minutes- Trader Joe’s, Ross, Safeway, Rosaur’s, etc. We use natural or unscented cleaning products so you don’t have to worry about being blasted with chemicals or strong smells.

Summer paradise! Enjoy (rare) all-day sunshine at this A-frame cabin. Situated in an exclusive bay, this lakefront cabin has a large private dock and clean, deep water (no swamp/seaweed). This stylish mid-century cabin has a large flat lot surrounded by tall pine trees and local deer. The BIG panoramic lake view faces the sunset, for golden evenings on the deck or around the fire pit. Fully equipped for a short or long stay on exclusive Hayden Lake. Starlink WiFi. Ample parking.

Bruce and Judy's Cozy Cottage

The guest house is a cozy, modern place perfect for a couple's stay in Spokane. In 2016, we gutted and rebuilt the 550 sq. ft. guest house and insulated it so it is very quiet inside. Kitchen is fully equipped. Close to popular hiking & biking trails, great restaurants, shopping, and the beautiful outdoors, you’ll love both exploring the gorgeous country views, finding the most fantastic sunrises and sunsets as well as settling into a fully-functional kitchen and cozy space.

Cottage on a Ranch in Coeur d' Alene

This idyllic 40 acre ridge-top ranch cottage offers you a peaceful getaway near Coeur d' Alene. Enjoy wildlife and livestock during your stay. We allow up to two dogs at a fee of $20 for each pet. You pay this fee directly to the owners, please pay on arrival. This cottage has been remodeled for our guest with new flooring throughout, new linens, new dishwasher, and new ranch décor. Apartment sleeps 4 w Lake access

This is an apartment unit on the ground floor of our lake home. Lake access is a 30 second walk away! The unit has it's own entrance and there is no access to the main home from the unit. The unit includes a King and double bed, kitchen with 2 burner stove and refrigerator and a large double vanity bath with a walk in shower, washer, and dryer. 1 block to 1 of 3 nearby golf courses and seconds to the lake this property is perfect for you and your family!

The Valley Getaway

Cozy duplex located close to the freeway, Spokane Valley Mall, lots of restaurants located and very close to the super market. There is a huge backyard for the littles to run around. Located in a nice neighborhood with lots of parks close by. For the outdoors enthusiast the Appleway trail and Centennial Trail are just a song and dance away.
