Up a charming dirt road past Brushwood & Fairlee Forests with hiking, biking and ATV trails nearby. Lake Fairlee is a scenic 10 min drive; 15 min to Lake Morey & I-91 and 30 min to Dartmouth College. Enjoy the glow of the rising sun and beautiful views above the fog, unwind in the hot tub surrounded by the magical woods and wildlife of Vermont.

Bill’s Barn Rochester Vermont 3 Bdrm entire house

Our place is a 1980's barn/woodshop that never housed animals that has been converted into a lovely three bedroom home.We are 20 minutes from Rikert 2019 hosts of the Bill Koch Festival and the Middlebury College Snow Bowl.The place is light and airy with southern and eastern sun.The main living room has 13 foot ceilings with lots of couches, arm chairs and places to hang out, read and or relax.We are in the heart of the Green Mountains with skiing and colleges, an easy drive from the house.

Red Acre Cottage is nestled on a scenic ridge in the idyllic town of Rochester, just east of the Green Mountains and right off of Vermont Scenic Byway Route 100, one of the state's prettiest roads. Red Acre Cottage is an easy drive to Killington/Pico, Sugarbush, Mad River Glen, Rikert Nordic Center/Blueberry Hill XC skiing, Suicide Six, and Stowe Mountain.

Granville NY has a large grocery store and other shops and is only a 15 min. drive.

Winter: sledding, x-country, downhill Property includes strong, high-speed Wi-Fi.** Please note: for the 2025-2026 winter there is no working fireplace. **This is a new change from the slow internet that has existed previously.

Renovated one room school house. Spacious, open space. Music room has been converted into a bedroom. European style kitchen area. High ceilings with fans and air-conditioner. Propane fireplace. Off-street parking. High speed internet and 65 inch Roku TV with surround sound. Three season screened porch. Also, we have recently introduced a NO CLEANING FEE policy as our way of saying "Thank You" for respecting our property and guidelines.

Set on a private road in the hills of Pittsfield, our house welcomes you year-round. Right in the heart of the Northeast’s best winter-sports, it's convenient to Killington ski resort, VAST snowmobile trails, Mountain Meadows cross country skiing and Green Mountain National Golf course. Furthermore, there are wonderful hikes and mountain biking to be done on the property and beyond - particularly beautiful in the fall.

The McKinley House

In the village of Rochester. Walk to bakery, cafe, tavern, grocery, and town green. Hiking, biking and Nordic ski trails! Thirty minutes to SugarBush, Pico, Middlebury, and Killington. Located in the heart of the Green Mountain National Forest. We are dog friendly but we require a conversation about it before you can show up with your dog. We charge $100 pet fee for your stay.
