Bill’s Barn Rochester Vermont 3 Bdrm entire house

Our place is a 1980's barn/woodshop that never housed animals that has been converted into a lovely three bedroom home.We are 20 minutes from Rikert 2019 hosts of the Bill Koch Festival and the Middlebury College Snow Bowl.The place is light and airy with southern and eastern sun.The main living room has 13 foot ceilings with lots of couches, arm chairs and places to hang out, read and or relax.We are in the heart of the Green Mountains with skiing and colleges, an easy drive from the house.

This 4 bedroom, 2 bath property boasts breathtaking views from the large deck with brand new Nordic hot tub, BBQ grill, Solo Stove and plenty of Adirondack chair seating. The old wooden beams and rustic architecture along with plenty of natural light from the many windows gives this space a warm and cozy feel.

Red Acre Cottage is an easy drive to Killington/Pico, Sugarbush, Mad River Glen, Rikert Nordic Center/Blueberry Hill XC skiing, Suicide Six, and Stowe Mountain.

Large private home built in 1890. Stained glass windows, pocket doors. 4 bedrooms, 9 beds ...two of the bedrooms have 1 queen and a daybed with trundle, third bedroom has 1 queen and fourth bedroom has a daybed with a trundle (this room is still awaiting some floor work but is function-able for sleeping) and a full size couch can be used as well in the TV room which has doors for privacy. Furthermore, there are wonderful hikes and mountain biking to be done on the property and beyond - particularly beautiful in the fall.
