Downstairs STUDIO of the family house. 1 queen bed, 1 double futon. Max 4 people for family or students. Located on Gorge, 1 of the most amazing areas in Victoria. Spectacular Ocean view of both of sunrise and sunset gives you peaceful mind to rest, enjoy and rejuvenate away from home. This renovated 3 bed, 2 bath condo offers amazing bay and creek views from every window plus a laptop workspace for remote work. Enjoy a new 65-inch TV in the loft with YouTube TV and Roku, plus TVs in both bedrooms. Close to Seattle and Vancouver for easy day trips. Lawn games include badminton, horseshoes, and volleyball, and guests may feed the ducks. Unfortunately due to the Pool pump going out the the HOA pool is not open for summer 2026 Hot tub and yard games are available for fun. :-)

Karden's Beach Retreat-Hot Tub-Tree House-King Bd

The private two-bedroom apartment occupies the entire lower floor with its level entrance. You have the whole place to yourselves. No other guests. The living room has queen-sized sofa bed, cozy gas fireplace, TV, and ping pong table. The eating area has full-sized stove, fridge, microwave, and coffee maker. Guests have their private garden patio with fire pit, kids' treehouse, hammock, and access stairs leading down to the creek in the woods. Street has easement to the beach on the bay.

The great "GET AWAY" From Vancouver B.C. 1 hour, Seattle 1 & 1/2. This perfectly located piece of heaven is surrounded by nothing but water & beach. Just steps away you will find all the luxury and pampering one could ask for at the beautiful Semiahmoo resort and spa. Top notch dining, sports bar, beach bon fires, golf courses, hiking trails, & more! Resort day passes available for extra charge of $20. per person for a full day of all facilities, outdoor heated pool/sauna/steam room/gym etc.
