River’s End Retreat

For couples wanting a romantic escape. Relax and unwind in this bespoke Tiny House overlooking the Kalgan River. Located on 30ac we are a small working farm. Sheep, alpacas and horses graze the paddocks and you may even get a visit from one of our pet kangaroos. From the deck you can listen to abundant bird life and fish rising in the river while enjoying a glass of local wine next to the fire. Close to walk trails, river and beaches come and explore all this amazing region has to offer.

Situated 4km from the Albany town centre in a semi-rural location near Torndirrup National Park, you’ll love our Hidden View because of the cosiness, the views, the birds, the neighbour's horses, the wildlife and peaceful surroundings. This intimate apartment is surrounded by beautiful gardens and is ideal for couples seeking time out, hoping to enjoy the quiet of nature and enjoying being close to one another, while also visiting some of the most pristine beaches and forests in the region.

stableBASE is a sunny, architect-designed wing of our home, just a short drive from Albany’s centre, beaches, scenic walks, and National Parks. The accommodation is spacious, thoughtfully designed, with high-quality fixtures throughout, & suits up to 4 guests: Bed 1: Queen bed & ensuite Bed 2: Two king singles & ensuite See note about bedroom availability below The living area combines lounge, dining, & a fully equipped kitchen with induction cooktop, opening onto a private sunny deck.

In town, off grid, healthy stay.

Separate entrance from hosts. Only filtered rain water (including showers), non chemical soaps, washing materials, off grid (battery) power, so no failures, organic breakfast foods. No microwave oven but have an electric oven, fry pan & rice/porridge cooker & wifi is available. Large TV with sporting and movie channels available. We have a renovated home, over 100 yrs old, with real character. Please be careful with water usage as we have only rain water, but sufficient for the whole year.

Spencer Townhouse

Spencer townhouse is architecturally designed, newly constructed October 2021, and specified to the highest standards. We provide undercover car parking, (sorry, one car only due to site limitations) together with comfortable accommodation for our valued guests. The Albany Heritage precinct, marina, pubs, restaurants, and Hilton Garden hotel are within a few minutes walk. The upstairs reading nook, with sofa bed, has views across Princess Royal Harbour towards the Albany Wind Farm.

Robinson Cottage

Unwind and find tranquility in this serene, cosy setting. The cottage is beautifully appointed, and is spacious and comfortable. It is in a semi rural setting within walking distance of bushland At times you may see the bandicoots, kangaroos and birds on this property. We are only 7 KM from the city centre and restaurants. We are also within 10km of the beautiful coastline that surrounds Albany and close to major tourist attractions such as the Anzac Centre the Gap and Whaleworld.

Explore 300 acres of farmland and walk the Bibbulmun Track, which conveniently runs through the property and down to the back beach cliffline.
