The house has an adult games room and kidz zone, spacious balconies to relax and chill out. Coffee shops, restaurants, supermarkets, top hotels, play grounds via dual cycle/walking path. Situated between Phillip Island and Wilsons Promontory, with vineyards, golf courses, rock pools, nature trails, estuary and beach fishing, dinosaur footprints and caves.

Sandy Point Boatshed Studio

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. A Studio-style cottage, just for a couple, in a quiet and secluded area, and only a short walk (6 minutes) to the beach. Fully equipped cottage, with King size bed and all linen and towels supplied. A full kitchen (elec oven, gas cooktop, microwave, coffee pod machine, & dishwasher). Private, secluded courtyard, with outdoor furniture & BBQ. Log fire (all cut wood supplied) as well as R/C air conditioner. Private lane access and carpark.

Located on the silt jetties, the property ends with a sandy beach at Eagle Bay in Lake King. Wake to an abundance of bird life... Pelicans and swans by the water, wrens, rosellas and cockatoos in the bushes. You might see dolphins in the lake, or in the river behind us. We are on the magnificent Gippsland Lakes in the heart of the Victorian Riviera. It is true we get more sun than Mildura! When its raining and bleak in Melbourne, close your eyes and picture winter sun at Eagle Point.

Beautiful views ever changing from the 1 bedroom apartment in a complex with other apartments. Quiet location and 10 min walk to the beach. Fully equipped kitchen and laundry. The lounge and bedroom open out to the spacious deck and the view. Well behaved pets welcome, dog beach only 10 min walk away plus large shared lawn within the complex of apartments. We have no fenced area to leave your dog, ok inside while you are there. A great place to unwind and watch the ocean.

The house has a new kitchen with Miele appliances including an inbuilt coffee machine. 2 new bathrooms, one is outdoors with stone bath under the stars. Large front deck with a lovely view of the sun set over the lake and a great back yard with fire pit and hydrotherapy hot tub. The house also has a pot belly fire to keep you warm on the cooler winter nights.
