Gum Tree Studio - The perfect country retreat!

With amazing views and the Taste Tasman cycle trail at the end of the road this is the perfect retreat to get away from it all. We're lucky to be surrounded by farmland, countryside, mountains, sea, National Parks, fresh air and birdsong. Just a short 10 minute drive from the popular village of Mapua and 10 minutes from Motueka this artistic, modern, roomy and stylish studio is a perfect getaway. The Studio is located at the rear of our home property, down a private drive, with ample parking.

Bach with private waterfront access + 2 Kayak use

Modern architectural kiwi bach nestled on the edge of a tidal lagoon between Ligar Bay and Tata Beach. The Bach is a compact 55sqm with a large sheltered and covered deck with all day sun. A master bedroom links on to a compact lounge & ensuite bathroom, dining & kitchen area from either side all with full views of the water & lagoon. There is a seperate sleeping pod with a Queen size bed 2 metres from main dwelling for an extra 2 guests. Amazing second Hot outdoor shower under the trees.

ParaPara River Retreat, tranquil, private, cosy

This well crafted stone cottage is close to beautiful Golden Bay bush walks, old historic gold workings, lonely beaches, the Mussel Inn, swimming holes and much more. A striking building nestled in a tranquil and private setting, makes for a relaxing stay that would suit couples and solo adventurers alike. Literally on Kahurangi National Park's doorstep! The host's partner has developed an extensive network of tracks , some easy walks and some more challenging, with great views of the bay.

Orchard Views Villa

Peaceful, modern, warm and immaculate, set amid paddocks with mountain and native-tree vistas. Cosy fire, heat pump/air-con, and a spa pool. Full kitchen, dining, and a large lounge opening to a timber deck, 8-seat alfresco and expansive lawn. Sleeps up to 8: upstairs, three bedrooms (super-king master, one queen and a room with two singles) with family bathroom; downstairs, a fourth bedroom with one queen and a bathroom - laundry with washer, dryer and clothesline outside.

Karaka at The Apple Pickers' Cottages

Karaka is a 2 bedroom cottage with decks and a verandah with wonderful views of the Waimea Inlet and mountains beyond. The outdoor bath, hammock, weber barbecue, brazier and outdoor furniture set in a beautiful natural landscape are perfect for a relaxing holiday. The sunroom/second bedroom is an extension of the living area. It converts to the second bedroom with 2 divans that can be made up as either a king size bed or 2 single beds. Children 12+

Riwaka Estuary Retreat

Newly renovated peaceful studio located on the great taste trail. Private entry and outdoor area/garden with barbecue. Kitchenette, queen size bed and private ensuite. Enjoy the views of the mountains and estuary. Walk to the wharf, around the estuary, or to the local café. Take the kayaks at high tide and explore the estuary. Minutes away from the beautiful beaches of Kaiteriteri. Conveniently close to the Abel Tasman and Kahurangi national parks.

Welcome to Hairy Hobbit Cottage, nestled in the Brooklyn Valley hills near Motueka, Nelson, New Zealand. Hairy Hobbit is a modern self contained holiday cottage offering peaceful accommodation in 70 acres of native bush, bursting with birdlife and fantastic views across Tasman Bay.
