The house is positioned well back from the road with large windows providing a light and leafy outlook with no noise. Positioned with Melrose house, Fairfield park and the city within minutes walk in an established blue chip location this house is hard to beat

Quiet Street/ Walk Everywhere

Our priority is ensuring that our guests enjoy a comfortable night's sleep. We provide comfortable beds, 2 Super King-sized beds and 1 queen-sized bed. Our property is on a tranquil cul-de-sac but within walking distance of town. A brand new Air Con and a wood burner make this home very cozy. Our location is very central. Motueka is the closest town to Abel Tasman National Park, and we are nestled between Nelson City and Nelson Lakes to the South and Golden Bay to the North.

Treetop Sanctuary With Sea Views

Recently renovated this 1940s weatherboard house with polished rimu floors is full of character and charm. Beautifully decorated and filled with artwork by local artists (and some from a bit farther afield) this is truly a home away from home. The house sits in an elevated position facing north so it gets all day sun and 180 degree views from the Centre of New Zealand in the east to Tasman Bay in the west. Located at the end of a cul de sac it's private and quiet.
