Die Location ist wirklich super. Die Bilder sind aktuell. Das Zimmer ist etwas größer als es auf den Fotos wirkt. Tolle Aussicht aus dem Fenster. Bad mit Fenster. Direkter Zugang zu einer kleinen Gemeinschaftsterrasse. Nespressomaschine und Wasserkocher für Tee auf dem Zimmer. Die Lage ist quasi am „Hauptplatz“ des Ortes. Bahnhof in 3 Minuten erreichbar. Meer in 3-4 Minuten erreichbar. Top-Ausgangslage für die Cinque Terre. Klare Empfehlung!!!

We loved the place! The room was so much nicer than the pictures made it seem. Very comfortable bed and very clean. The room is in a different area to the Airbnb location - if you look up 'Room Rio Groppo' on Google in Manarola that's where the room is. This was fine for us as we were there for hiking anyway, but just a heads up. The staff were also friendly and helpful.

Amazing place amazing view

Had an amazing experience. The place was spotless, well-maintained, and incredibly peaceful—perfect for a relaxing getaway. The location is also ideal, close to key attractions, making it easy to explore while enjoying a calm atmosphere. The host was responsive and made sure everything was perfect. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a clean, serene space in a great location!

magnifique terrasse

The photos of this place don’t do it justice. It’s quite adorable and full of charm. Would recommend. I wish we had known ahead of time that not a single restaurant would be open during our visit (off season, January). No shops, no restaurants. If we had known, we would have brought food. That would have been a nice mention at any point. Or that parking isn’t available next to the house, and that you’ll need to drive around the tiny streets and find parking nearby. Other than that it was actually quite nice to have the town pretty much all to ourselves. The little home was adorable and comfortable. The view out the window was great and we appreciated the nice, hot shower.

Oustanding helpful staff who were just lovely (thank you). The apartment was perfect for our short stay in Nice with many attractions, cafes etc very closed by. Helpful to have a reception team on site. Very clean apartment with great heating. Overall, a very positive experience.

La ubicación es inmejorable, caminable desde Gare Du Nice, y muchas atracciones cerca. Sector seguro para caminar en la tarde noche. Volvería de seguro

Great stay in the heart of the city. An easy recommendation.

Очень уютные маленькие апартаменты,в центре города,со всем необходимым внутри.Есть свой балкон,мини-кухня,утюг,фен Абсолютно всё)) Но очень тяжело поднимать свой тяжёлый багаж наверх)) Будьте к этому готовы) Чудесное общение и хозяева,были на связи. Спасибо вам) Будем рады вернуться к вам снова,если приедем в Ниццу Будем рекомендовать вас нашим друзьям)

Fabien’s place was exactly as described. There was everything we needed and more. The place was extremely clean and the location was phenomenal. Host was super responsive and cares a lot about their guests. Would highly recommend and return in the future!
