Bear River Guesthouse

We invite you to enjoy quiet country living at its finest. Located right off of 1-15, our property is right next to the Bear River and adjacent to Bear River Bottoms Hunting Club. Nearby is Hansen Park (1 mile away), Crystal Hot Springs (8 miles away), or Golden Spike National Historic Park (32 miles away). We have a family friendly yard equipped with slide, swings, trampoline and pond stocked with fish/turtles. 1 bedroom, toy loft, and a large family room. Additional beds are available.

Apple Berry Cabin

The cabin is on our family farm nestled next to a 2 acre apple orchard and spring fed ponds. You can enjoy a stroll through the trees, especially nice in spring when the trees are blooming. Relax next to the ponds while watching the fish swiming or the turtles basking in the sun. The area is great for bird watchers, with a wide variety of birds that vary with the seasons. There is no WiFi available. The bathroom is in the house next to the cabin, but has a private access for guests only.

Enjoy our all new furnished suite with a private entrance and off street parking in a beautiful mature neighborhood. Our cozy comfortable great room includes a 50 in TV with 285 channels and Roku. Charge your electronics with a USB and USB-c charging Outlet. If your looking for more privacy head to the quiet master bedroom and turn the second TV.

Welcome to our enchanting backyard bungalow. An ideal getaway for travelers seeking a peaceful escape, provided is a floor sleeping mat to sleep more if needed. Tucked in amongst giant pine trees and off the road for privacy. Quaint spacious kitchen, cozy living room and a relaxing bedroom. Just a short drive to USU, Beaver Mountain Ski Resort, Logan canyon and beautiful Bear Lake. Our backyard bungalow offers all the comforts of home and you’ll find endless activities nearby.

Classic Modern Basement Suite

Welcome to our basement suite! This apartment is located in the basement of our family home. To enter, you must come through our garage and shared back door. Once inside, head downstairs where you will have a private bedroom, bathroom, game/exercise room, family room and kitchenette. We live upstairs and can be available if you need. Conveniently located near I-15 and I-84, an hour away from major ski resorts. Great place to stay if passing through or staying awhile.

South Grain Bin - Holbrook Idaho

Step into our magical, repurposed grain bin and experience an alternate reality. The rustic interior, featuring salvaged barnwood, brings a piece of Jackson Hole, Wyoming to this unique homestead. Inside, you'll find a workspace, kitchen, two double beds, and a loft with a big screen TV (no internet). A bar is perfect for meals while you watch a flick. Need more space? Add our bunkhouse with 5 full beds, a large TV, and a game table. (Note: Bunkhouse has no bathroom).

Julia Vintage Cottage at Victorian Woods

The Julia is a quaint country cottage built in the 1930s. It is nestled below the Wellsville mountain range in Mendon, Utah. With all the modern amenities, it feels like staying at grandma's house. The fully furnished cottage has two queen-size beds, a comfortable living room, and a full kitchen. The home sits on a wooded lot frequented by deer, moose, great horned owls, hawks, and wild turkeys. Enjoy the yard, barbecue grill, fire pit, patio, and carport for parking.
