A modern little gem on Jetty Road, offers a unique bit of privacy while still nice and close to the waterfront. With private direct access down to the sand. The perfect place to get away from it all in modern comfort. Professionally Cleaned between every stay. Great for a Family trip, Friends Weekend away or a Romantic Getaway. As with most bach’s out here, linen is not included (duvets, pillows are) but we do have access to a full linen service if you’d rather not bring your own No Pets

Fully equipped with four spacious bedrooms on a quarter acre section, there's plenty of room to spread out and relax. A house for all seasons, enjoy leisurely beach walks, sun, surf and sand in the Summer, or cosy up by the fire in Winter and take in the snow on the beautiful Tararuas.

Beachfront - Stunning Ocean Views

Relax and enjoy your Otaki Beach holiday at Beachfront Breeze. Spend your days beachside, exploring the Kapiti Coast or taking in the superb ocean views and sunsets from the large deck . The property is fully fenced and has a sunny sheltered backyard. The living area opens directly out onto the deck. Linen is provided as well as the basic toiletries you may need for your stay. The bach has not been fully modernised but is clean and tidy and has all of the things you need for a relaxing stay.

RIVERSDALE BEACH FRONT A FRAME - Welcome

This quirky beach side A frame that has recently been renovated is well appointed. Wonderful outdoor furniture, double BBQ, great fire, dishwasher, washing machine, and only steps from the sea. Perfect for families in the summer or a romantic getaway for a couple in the winter. The view from your bed upstairs is just a gorgeous sea ! In the summer, throw all the kids together in the one room, and parents are upstairs in their own rooms. Sorry, not suitable for under 5 because of the stairs.

Cosy bach on beach, Raumati South, Kapiti Coast

Beachfront - only a single lane servicing one other property separates bach from the beach. Breath-taking views of the breaking waves, and from the Kaikouras to Kapiti Island. Wellington is 48kms away (an approximately 50 minute drive). Two fantastic cafes/licensed restaurants, plus a takeaway shop and dairy/convenience store 300m away. A great bach for a romantic escape, a family holiday, or to spend time with friends. Go to sleep snuggled in luxury linen to the murmur of the waves.

Our unique, stylish four bedroom home is perfect for a family or two families wanting the ultimate beach front experience, with great "lounge" about areas for all age groups. Having two separate lounges, a ping pong table, wifi, 3 smart TVs, fabulous open fire, heatpumps, plenty of boardgames and children's toys, makes for a great winter holiday..... And......the golf club and tennis courts are only across the road, and the shop and playground a 5-minute walk away.

Bach living in the Dunes - stunning views

Location, location, location! This 70's era bach is located right in the sand dunes, with gorgeous views from the top floor. Initial entry is via the front door, and the lift takes you to the second floor. (There are no internal stairs) This is an original NZ bach and requires you to PLEASE BRING YOUR OWN SHEETS AND TOWELS THANKYOU. (I can supply if you're travelling) There are 3 bedrooms, 2 double beds upstairs and a queen, and 2 children's bunks downstairs.

Simplicity at its best! Nothing too complicated, come and just be. This boho chic themed interior, compliments the chilled vibes of a beach house. With the door open you can hear the waves, and with a short stroll you can be on the beach. Spacious section to swing a bat, or a game of tag, the children have room to run around or you may like to sunbath privately. Come alone, or with friends, your experience will take you back to the classic childhood holiday.

A BLUE TRIANGLE at Raumati Beach

Our sunny, comfortable, two-storey house is ideal for a couple or a couple with small children. The master bedroom/ living area upstairs is spacious with beautiful views of Kapiti Island. The stairs are a little awkward for the elderly and the very young although we now have carpet tiles on the stairs. There is no handrail. There is no bathroom upstairs. Sitting/ kitchen area downstairs and the bathroom and second bedroom are also downstairs.
