Amazing Riverview - Central Downtown - Parking

The condo is located in one of the BEST spots in downtown Wilmington! You will be staying on Water Street along the River Walk and can explore the best places downtown! Take the water taxi, tour the Battleship NC, or walk to great restaurants, bars, or museums! Conveniently close to all the downtown wedding venues, but you are a couple of blocks away from the late-night bar noise. You will love sipping your coffee or wine on the balcony and looking at beautiful sunsets over the Cape Fear River!

This unique condo was once an art gallery. As soon as you walk in you can feel and see the beauty of its artistic history. You are so close to everything downtown in this location. Take an evening stroll down the famous River Walk, or a carriage ride thru historic downtown. The condo is completely renovated and has one bedroom with king bed and 1 bath. Unbeatable spot for enjoying the vibrant downtown on foot. The River District has over 40 locally-owned restaurants, pubs, and cafés most of which are within a 5-10 minute easy walk. The Convention Center is a 10-minute walk. Live Oak Pavillion is a 20-minute walk. Parking pass to the nearby covered deck included.
