the place was beautiful and provided many amenities and accessories to keep you entertained. there was plenty of beautiful sites to see, close restaurants, and they made sure to provide anything you’d need during your stay

We had a great stay! The location was perfect—close to everything but still peaceful and relaxing. The price was very fair for what you get. There were great spots nearby to fish, which we really enjoyed, and plenty of good restaurants just a short drive away. Tons of things to do in the area, and it was very kid-friendly, which made it easy to keep the whole family happy. Would definitely recommend and would love to come back! Heather was a great host.

This space was perfect for our group of 7 (4 adults, 3 kids). It had everything we needed; toilet paper, paper towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hair dryer, towels, beach towels, beach chairs, coffee, plenty of dishes, containers, pots and pans if you want to cook. We will stay here again when we’re back in the area.

Overall I loved my stay. I was there for about a month and worked remotely while there. The place has everything you could need for a long term stay. There were 3 large storms that came through during my stay including hurricane helene. Kimberly always sent a message before hand to inform me of storms and that she was keeping an eye on them. The internet was knocked out by one and she provided a new internet service the very next day. There is beach access directly across the road. The only problem I had during my stay was getting there the first day my phone directed me to drive on canal st. You don’t need to and at certain times of the month this road will flood to the point of not being able to drive through. As I’m not from a coastal area this was a learning experience, so for reference you may want to avoid that street.

We absolutely loved staying at Julius and Carey’s condo! The space was perfect for our family get away with pups. We were able to get up and walk right over to the dog-friendly beach in the mornings, and come back throw on our suits and go back to set up for a full day on the beach! It was nice to have the pool as an alternative if we didn’t feel up to a beach day. The pool was not crowded which was also nice, felt like we had it to ourselves! The kitchen was fully equipped to make meals at home which was a bonus on nights that we didn’t feel like going out! Our toddler was easily entertained with the generous amount of toys that were shared at the condo, which was a nice perk! We are grateful to have had such a nice week at ‘surf break’ and will definitely be back! Thank you again for everything!

My husband and I just wanted to get away and relax, and it was also his birthday. We were blown away by the view, the sunrises were amazing! It was perfect for just the two of us! We walked to the boardwalk which was 1.7 miles, had lunch and walked down the beach back, but if you just want to hang out on the beach it’s a simple walk and you are there. The best part is the sound of the waves. There is nothing better than going to sleep to the sound of the waves. We spent our last night on the patio playing Yahtzee, (which was there in addition to other games) while we listened to the waves. We had so much fun playing, I hope we didn’t wake the neighbors! It was a very peaceful, relaxing trip.

The feedback questions were spot on. This was a great place to stay. I however and a fitness guru but get ready for them stairs. They sure will help your cardio! But fantastic place and price was good. Matthew was very helpful if needed.

Wow, where do I start?! Everything that was on our list for a comfortable vacation was met with this gorgeous getaway. A clean space with gorgeous views and the beach is a short walk across the street. We didn't have to go far for a nice time. Thanks again to David & Mende. We can't wait to book with you again!

We had such a great stay here! The place was perfect for us and our dog—super cozy and had everything we needed for a weekend getaway. The location was amazing—literally just a block from the beach like the listing says, and not too far of a walk to the boardwalk either. The house had all the basics (wife thought it was very cute!!) plus some fun extras like board and card games, which was a nice touch. The hosts were great—really clear instructions for checking in and out, and they gave great recommendations for things to do in the area. Definitely felt like it was worth what we paid. Would totally stay here again!

Location, location, location…walkable and affordable best of both worlds. Recommend renting bikes from shady rentals to get to the beach quickly without the hassle of parking.

Great Location! We always enjoy visiting Wilmington! This location is in easy walking distance of all of the great restaurants! It's great being in a residential area because the noise level is lower, but the convenience is fantastic! We would highly recommend it when visiting Wilmington!

Precious historical charm! The Airbnb was just as described quaint and charming. I enjoyed walking a short distance to restaurants and the proximity to our wedding venue was perfect. Isabella was quick to respond answering questions and providing recommendations. The porch was peaceful for coffee in the am. Will definitely book again.

Great location downtown- near everything which made it so fun to walk to different places every day - we didn’t spend much time at the condo but when there it was nice and cozy- tv in living room and bedroom was easy to get signed into and the bed was very comfortable. The view out of the balcony was great too

Enjoyable trip to the beach for a few days. It was wonderful to be able to spread out and have our own bedrooms (with different bedtimes) which is difficult to master in a hotel. Loved the extras that were available, especially the beach chairs! We had a comfortable stay and took advantage of the beach, the aquarium and local eateries. Very satisfied! Thank you!

This was our second time staying at Greg’s place. My husband and I enjoyed our long holiday weekend here. It had everything we needed and was so conveniently located. We definitely would stay again!

It was very homey & peaceful. The view of the beach was amazing. The bed was SUPER comfortable & the walk to the beach was less than 5 minutes. Lovely stay & I would love to return again!

This was the perfect weekend stay for our small family! The condo was spacious, clean, and surprisingly toddler-friendly, which we really appreciated with a 2- and 4-year-old in tow. It’s just one block from the public beach access, and there were plenty of fun places to explore within a mile. We couldn’t have asked for a better spot for a relaxing family getaway!

Hermoso apartamento, con excelente ubicación y linda vista a la bahía. Estaba muy bien equipado y resultó muy cómodo. Con muchos detalles y linda decoración. La cocina está muy equipada así que fue muy gratificante cocinar. El ingreso al estacionamiento es estrecho para autos grandes, para tener en consideración, pero logramos estacionar sin inconvenientes.

Highly recommend. The condo was lovely and the surrounding pool area was spotless. Beach was very nice. Was a perfect get away.

This place is just as advertised and is a great place to just walk north all the way up through Freeman Park. It’s under 4 miles there and back.
