Apartment is located in one of the central districts of Tbilisi and there is a wonderful view from the place on the mountain Mtatsmida and old part of city. Apartment is on the fifth floor and elevator is available as well. The yard is wonderful with big trees and a lot of greenness, There are also exercise machines for training, under the house there is pizzeria and restaurant with Georgian .Parking is free in the apartment;;s yard.
