A large Edwardian B & B house, with far reaching views of the Dee Estuary, set in several acres of family owned land on the edge of the historic town of Holywell. We’d love to welcome you to our stunning guest suite set in the village of Cemaes, a former schoolhouse you will be staying in what was originally the school cloakrooms! Cemaes is close to the historical town of Machynlleth and Snowdonia National Park. Beautiful views await you along with lots of things to do and see. Whether walking, biking or just enjoying a lunch in a pretty town or visiting tourist interests there is plenty to do here. The Dyfi Valley is a designated UNESCO Biosphere.

Castlecote is ideally situated for easy access to Shrewsbury town centre, the railway station and major routes. With off road parking and free WiFi it’s the perfect place to stay for business or pleasure. Castlecote is an imposing Edwardian property with large comfortable rooms some of which are en-suite. We have a welcoming well equipped kitchen and sitting dining room for full use of guests. Breakfast offered is continental style all food is readily supplied so you just help yourself.
