The apartment was newly built, 2021.The apartment is in a block,connected to a family house.. It has two floors with a separate entrance. Guests can use a part of the garden in front of the apartment with a table and chairs. Atractive beach with plenty things to do is 2 minutes . The apartment you can enjoy and relax, and if you want any other activity ,its near by .Trogir is a 15 minute walk and there is a boat every 10 minutes .Enjoy the sun and the Adriatic sea in an attractive location ''.

Heritage home Nerium in Trogir

Through the centuries, the palace was home to the aristocratic Celio Doroteo Family. The palace is divided into several independent units, the largest of which, with its own private courtyard, we have put on offer. Like most old stone houses in the city, the unit is spread over several floors. The ground floor including the courtyard, the first floor includes 3 bedrooms ,2 with queen sized beds and 1 double bed and bathroom. The top floor has been adapted into a kitchen, living room and toilet.

Traditional renovated house in heart of Split

In the heart of Varoś, the oldest part of Split, and 300m from Riva and Diocletian Palace, this small traditional house completely renovated has preserved the Croatian soul. This is one of the few to still have a stone roof. You will sleep totally in peace, sheltered by its old stone walls. The owner, Marcelle, a sculptor and psycho-energiser, has been able to decorate with noble materials and works of art, and has breathed here best positive energies.
