Quiet flat close to university and 15min from city

Our location is close to Aarhus University and Aarhus University Hospital and in walking distance from the beautiful beach and forest. Shopping centre and direct bus line to city centre is a few minutes' walk away. Our double room is nice and quiet with private parking, private entrance, studio kitchen and private, separate bathroom. We hope that you will enjoy your stay in our house. Start dagen med en frisk tur i havet, og efterfølgende et varmt bad i udendørs bruseren ved “Huset ved havet”. Denne unikke bolig har sin helt egen stil. Huset er oprindelig bygget af en norsk præst i 1928, som brugte det som søndagsskole. Idag er huset totalt renoveret med bevaring af atmosfære, etik, sjæl og klassisk indretning. Huset ligger kun 80 meter fra en af verdens bedste badestrande, og kun 8 KM fra Aarhus centrum.

Villaen er fra 1904 og istandsat lyst og imødekommende med charmerende detaljer og lækre materialer. Fra stueetagen er der adgang til en hyggelig gårdhave med sol og læ det meste af dagen, en udestue til hvis det regner og en lukket baghave med græs og blomster og den allersidste aftensol.
