Need a change from the Hotel/Motel way of travel? Make your stay in an entire, secluded and very private studio that’s one mile from Hwy 99 just minutes away from Lodi, Galt, Elk Grove plus many popular wineries. Local inquiries are rarely accepted. What to expect: An inclusive and Private Studio for yourself with patio and BBQ. You also have access to common surroundings such as Parking, Hot Tub and large fenced backyard. Pets are welcome too for a one time $50 fee at time of booking.

The Fishing House is the perfect home base to enjoy relaxing, fishing, wakeboarding, swimming and boating on the Delta. This Island getaway is designed to show you the lazy river lifestyle, opposite of the hustle and bustle of every day life. Views of Mt Diablo, bird and marine life galore plus lots of local bars on the water. Fully equipped 2 bed 2 bath open plan home is perfect for a family or small group of friends! Please note: there are stairs to get to main entry. Relax and enjoy!!

Redwood Sanctuary Oakland Hills

Redwood Sanctuary is located in the idyllic Oakland Hills with beautiful vistas, hikes, and parks within a short drive. The home is situated on half an acre of land in the middle of redwood, eucalyptus, and oak trees secluded away from other homes. Montclair village is an 8 minute drive, providing lots of great food and shops. Minutes from Highway 13 and 580. It is a 1 bedroom studio with a queen bed and a pull out sofa bed. It can comfortably accommodate up to 3. We'd love to host your stay!

Rio Retreat

Your group will be close to everything when you stay in this centrally-located home. Beautiful Victorian a half block from the shops and restaurants downtown. There are board games and a leave one take one library. You will find a welcome gift of professionally arranged flowers and a bottle of local wine. Large secured back paved area for your trucks & toys. A BBQ is available and a table on the front porch for your morning coffee. 1 block from the public launch ramp in the heart of the Delta.

Originally settled in 1918 this heritage property, situated in Concord’s most coveted neighborhood boasts warm, old-world charm and timeless finishes while incorporating the modern amenities. Fully furnished & welcoming studio features a well-appointed kitchen, laundry and spa inspired bathroom. The adjoining patio is the perfect venue for enjoying morning coffee or evening cocktails. The incredible 1 acre lot, intersected by the spring-fed Galindo Creek has plentiful on-site parking!

Waterfront home - fish, kayak, swim - 1hr from SF

Welcome to the Georgiana Slough: a gorgeous, slow-moving and quiet river. The River House is the only house in the area built right on the water. It's almost like being on a houseboat, and you can fish right from the deck! Kayaks are provided. Relax, swim, boat, or fish with otters, beavers, sea lions, owls, herons and more! We are located in the Pacific flyway for migrating birds, so the winter birds are delightful. If you like wine, there are dozens of wineries nearby.

Cozy Cottage Near the River

Clean and private, a standalone dwelling separated from my own residence by a parking pad. Small 2bd/1bath cottage. A 2 minute walk to the Sacramento River, bars, and restaurants. Boat launch is practically across the street. The kitchen is stocked with plates, silverware, pots, coffee maker, etc. (Just please clean up after yourself) There is WiFi, but it is not always reliable so I haven’t listed it as an amenity but it usually works well for the tv.
