Great location, the upstairs neighbors were also extremely helpful in showing us the quickest way to the beach and the cluster's private pool.

We had a great stay! Very clean and comfortable! Would recommend!

A really amazing place! It fit our party of 6 so comfortably, and the location was perfect. Within 15-30mins of the major sights. Our teens LOVED the private beach, and all the terraces in the apartment. Hosts were incredibly helpful and responsive when needed, and the house came stocked with drinks and everything we needed to cook meals. Would definitely come again!

This is a cute condo with a beautiful beach, we felt like we were on a private island! It’s a great location to hike the national forests and far enough away from the big city. Lots of extra beach gear was available to use. I’d definitely recommend Juan’s place!

Everything about the stay was great! The place was beautiful, spacious and clean, with a great, large balcony overlooking the golf course - a perfect spot for your morning coffee! Joshua was very proactive in providing all of the information we needed and following up to make sure we were all set for our stay. Golf cart was helpful to have, though I would say that pretty much any amenity on the resort was at most within a 10-15 minute walk. Just a heads up for first timers to the resort that there are limited dining options on the resort property after 6pm, so best to plan ahead for evening meals (though we thoroughly enjoyed eating at the Beach Club on multiple evenings!).

We enjoyed our stay very much! The listing was just as described. Super convenient to get to local restaurants and attractions. The pool and beach were just steps away from the house which was a big plus. Highly recommended, especially if you are traveling with kids. Vanessa was a great host and was so wonderful with communication. Looking forward to visiting again!

The villa was very nice and in a great location. The golf carts provided were excellent transportation to get around the resort and beach. Irma was very responsive to any questions and a great communicator. Highly recommended.

We loved the experience at Giuseppe’s place; definitely what we were looking for. He was very responsive, great communication and clean place. The view, breathtaking! Definitely coming back again!

Looks exactly like the photos. Phenomenal views of both the beach and rainforest. There are 3 balconies (yes 3!) the one right off the kitchen was my favorite, bc it’s an end unit, you can see the ocean if you turn your head one way and beautiful rainforest/mountains if you turn it the other, zero obstructions. The pool on the property was well-monitored and the building staff enforce wristbands (diff color daily) to make sure non-residents don’t use the amenities. Never a risk of not getting chairs. We took two different trips to the rainforest bc it’s conveniently located about 10 min away (horse back riding, ATVs, GoKarts, restaurant) they have something for everyone there. Ample restaurants in the area. This was the first AirBnB in which I will likely go back, it checked all the boxes. The host was incredible and responsive. Highly recommend.

El check-in fue muy sencillo y el alojamiento estaba impecable, con una limpieza impecable y todos los servicios necesarios para una estancia cómoda y placentera. Cada rincón del lugar reflejaba cuidado y atención a los detalles. La decoración era moderna y acogedora, la cama muy cómoda, y los espacios bien distribuidos, lo que hizo que me sintiera como en casa desde el primer momento. Además, la cocina estaba completamente equipada, permitiéndome preparar mis propias comidas sin ningún problema. La ubicación fue otro gran acierto. Muy cerca de [lugares de interés, transporte público, restaurantes, etc.], lo que facilitó la movilidad y el disfrute de la zona. A pesar de estar bien conectado, el alojamiento era perfecto.

The condo was as described and Elizabeth was very responsive to my questions during the stay. The neighborhood was safe and the beach nearby was a short walk and very beautiful. It’s great to have a car as well so you can explore the area. We bought groceries and enjoyed some meals in the condo. The AC also worked great. Finding the condo was confusing at first and Elizabeth was helpful. Once we learned the area it was very easy to get around. We had a wonderful vacation and will definitely be back to Puerto Rico.

The place was beautiful, one of the best airbnb i ever stayed. Views were breathtaking apt better than the pictures. Place was spotless🤩. Kathy was the best host ever. Even do she was in Peru she never stop communicating. We were very grateful for everything! We are returning 100%!!

The view from the condo is beautiful. The beach and pool we had basically to ourselves. We felt safe in the gaited community and location was easy to get to El Yunque, San Juan, and Luquillo for day trips. My kids loved the kitties. Grocery store was also only 10 mins away.

I loved this place. It was very beautiful and peaceful. I hated that i had to leave. And the host was nice and kept me updated with weather and everything before i arrived. This place was like a resort! I had no issues, no bugs, no complaints from neighbors, nothing!! I would recommend this place and if, no WHEN i come back to PR, I’m looking for this place!!

Ody and Tom were great hosts. We enjoyed staying at their property in cluster 2 of Rio Mar. The location was great and the condo was nicely decorated. We enjoyed the pool. Large, updated and quiet unit in prime location within Rio Grande. Expansive balcony with incredible views of El Yunque. Peace and quiet, breezes and sounds of nature, with access to beach club at Hyatt. Will return!

Our family of 5 had a great week at the apartment in Rio Grande. It had great space, plenty of kitchen cookware, and a beautiful view from the balcony for coffee each morning. We appreciated the beach supplies too. It was a great home base for exploring the area.

Just returned from a very relaxing week spent at Valeria’s condo. The unit was comfortable, the pool was a nice feature, and the beach was idyllic. All in all, great weather and great beach time in a peaceful, tropical setting.

Playas del Yunque is a wonderful community for families who enjoy being outdoors and walking distance to the beach. This apt has been beautifully remodeled and its open floor design lets everyone share and come together. The apt is unique since it is a garden apt with 3 bedrooms while such apts. regularly only have one or two rooms.. The terrace faces a green area with ocean view. The apt has all the basic things to make your stay be comfortable and fun. Would definitely stay here again!
