Permit 201365. This spacious, beautiful home has a comfortable open floor plan. A large kitchen designed for the chef at heart. Plenty of space for family or friends to ENJOY! The living room is newly furnished with a 75"TV that has sports channels and apps for streaming. Bask in the well-landscaped yard with outdoor seating and a fire table. There's a bedroom downstairs with a full bath and 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths upstairs. Just a short walk to the beach, close to Seascape Golf Course...

Perfect house for a beach getaway

Charming beach house on a private street just 1 block from Seacliff and Rio Del Mar beaches. With 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, and a large bonus room, there's space for everyone. The roomy kitchen was completely remodeled in 2019 and new 6-person hot tub added in 2021. Close to everything, but away from the crowds, this is the perfect place for a getaway - BBQ on the main deck or soak up the sun on the roof deck. (Sorry, NO parties, NO pets) (NOTE: 14% county tax will be added to all reservations)

Short walk to beach - Perfect beach getaway

Our house is a permitted Vacation Rental. Permit#191317. Near Seacliff State Park and Rio del Mar. Short walk to beach, Marianne's Ice Cream, and Manuel's Restaurant. Access to mountain and street biking nearby. Near Aptos Village shops and restaurants. Quiet neighborhood. Upstairs great room is a bright, wonderful place to spend the day rain/shine. Games cabinet is filled with family games. Beach chairs, beach towels and beach toys are available. Please read all information before booking.

Large 4 BR, 3 BA, 2,100 sq. ft. home in beautiful La Selva Beach! Just 1 mile from the beach. The entire home has been remodeled. The master bedroom includes a second living room area and an office. Permit #201264 The Coast Queen is a wonderful house for a pleasant getaway to the coast for the weekend. It's a short 2 minute walk to the beach providing a great anchor for days at the beach, yet it's only a few miles from Santa Cruz. We're two minutes from a deli, restaurant, coffee shop, and corner store. Only a little bit further you can find many more restaurants, a grocery store, and Aptos Village. We're also very close to Nisene Marks and other wonderful hikes.
