Waleska and Luis are the most hospitable hosts! The house was impeccable, decorated beautifully, and stocked with everything we needed for our vacation. Most amazing were the incredible sunsets from the rooftop bed lounger and the convenience to beach access, privacy, and peace. My family and I can’t wait to come back! Thank you Waleska and Luis!!!

This villa was just perfect! It is one of the best properties we have stayed in through Airbnb. It was modern, clean, comfortable, peaceful, and private. The house has everything you need. The attention to detail and quality of the furniture, towels, kitchen utensils and equipment goes above and beyond. The quiet, gated community and private beach made the experience unique and memorable. You can really unwind and relax. It is a 10 min drive into the center of town and to the popular beaches in the area. We are very thankful to the host, Waleska who truly saved us when the first property we rented in Rincon had a huge mold problem. We had to leave the first rental immediately and were stuck without a place to stay at 10 pm at night. Waleska was very communicative and flexible with us checking in late in the evening and attentive to our high stress in that situation. Throughout our stay, she was responsive, professional, kind, and accommodating. Thank you, Waleska! We will be back!

Very happy with condo and location. We did have an ongoing issue with hot water/pressure that needed plumber attention. Waleska was very responsive but over Christimas presented some service challenges from the plumber with parts. We always had water and we were able to make do. The condo was spacious and comfortable with everything we needed. Supplies and everyday basics were plentiful and we arrived to juices, water and corona in the fridge. Much appreciated. AC, WiFi and TVs were great and able to watch NFL, NBA and a variety of US stations. BBQ grill and beach needs, etc. were abundant. Loved easy access to beach and quietness of the development. Waleska was very helpful with recommendations as well and very timely in responses via What's App. Would happily stay again. Note it is a long drive from San Juan and if you can fly into Aguadilla much closer. Everybody we met during our 9 day trip in PR were friendly, helpful and genuinely nice.

Truly beautiful and quiet community. Great beach out front. Pool is also amazing and right on the beach. I could watch my husband and son surf while lounging at the pool or swimming with my youngest. Waleska, property manager, was a great host and extremely responsive. She found us this location last minute after another location cancelled. Condo was exactly as pictured. Rooms were big. Generator was clutch when PR had an island wide power outage while we were there, and we were totally unaffected. Recommend and would stay again

The villa was great. A little bit out of town in the hills but a very peaceful setting and a very cool house with a pool.

Great condo!! Steps to the beach.....short walk to the pool. Kitchen was well stocked. Beds were comfortable. Beach towels, beach chair were an added bonus! Good communication! Owner really took care of us when the island had a 2 day power outage. Thank you Allenny

I love to travel! I’ve slowed down a bit since having kids.. but still take a minimum of 1-3 a year! Being a creature of habit when going Caribbean or Adriatic Sea, 100% of the time we stay direct beach/sea front.. my accommodations always take front seat as my night/morning ambiance are just as important as location to me. This place has changed my perspective so I’m very Glad we ended up here if even for a night, as had I came across it on a past trip I would of instantly booked it for our 4night stay in Rincon and made our trunk the beach merch depo! It’s truly a beautiful space with a very Zen feel! Bravo 👏🏼

Family of 4 fit perfectly. The pool and beach were a dream. Our sun was able to boogie board at the beach which thrilled him. We had a beautiful breeze throughout the house. Would love to stay again!

What a great house for me and my family. With the home being 4 levels and many beds there was plenty of room for my family of 8. Whether it was lying by the pool or cooking in the grande kitchen you have a beautiful view of the ocean. Peaceful and private is what this house offers. The home has a full water filtration system, generator and HOT WATER which made me very comfortable for we had small children with us. If you are looking for a house with everything you are looking for, choose this one. The host was so friendly and helped us with all our needs prior to arriving. We have already booked our next season stay for 2 weeks. So excited

Casa Canal was a beautiful house, great location, great surf trip with some buddies & the wives. So close to so many good spots to eat in town. The pool was very relaxing and the beach out back was a beauty. We all had a great time.

We spent a week here for Spring Break w our 3 kids (13, 11, and 8yo) - we had a blast! Kids loved the pool. Everyone had their own bed (which were very comfortable). Kitchen had all the necessities. Grill worked great. Fantastic water pressure in the shower although the temperature was a bit temperamental. The solar generator worked perfectly during the (not unexpected) blackouts. During the "brown out," we had issues with power but Michelle & the property managers (Ryan & Erica) were extremely responsive and helped us figure it out immediately. Definitely rent a car - the hill leading up to the house is no joke. Plenty to do in the area, great local restaurants (keep in mind that everyone seems to operate on "island time," so the hours of operation are more like suggestions). Michelle sent an extensive list of local recommendations from coffee to food to hikes to shopping (and more), which we essentially used as our guide to all things Puntas/Rincon - very helpful!

WOW!!!! Nathalia and her home were a perfect 10. They deserve more than a 5 star. The pictures do not do this place justice. The house was beautiful, modern, clean, and everything we could ask for. The interior was perfect, but the back yard was everything!! The pool was a perfect size, the outdoor shower was great for when coming back from the beach, and the BBQ area was amazing. Nathalia was great with her communication, kind, and accommodating. The best part was that this house has an industrial generator, so my family and I were completely oblivious to the island-wide power outage. There was zero interruption to our trip. When traveling with two small kids, that is important. There is no doubt we will be a repeat guest. ¡Gracias Nathalia, hasta la proxima!

Carlos’ place was perfect for our vacation. The place was spotless clean. The kitchen was well stocked with everything needed to cook. Bedrooms were nice and comfy. The location was nice and only a short walking distance to the beautiful beach. I would definitely recommend his place.

We loved our stay! The place was beautiful! Fantastic views overlooking the ocean. We really loved being able to cut the AC’s off and open the screened in windows to enjoy the ocean breeze. There was 7 of us in total, and we never felt crammed at all, plenty of space for all of us. I would highly recommend!

This place is right on the beach and we had it all to ourselves the entire trip! We arrived here on a stormy weekend so what started as a clean beach ended cluttered for the rest of the trip. I was able to sit on the balcony and watch my teens surf and body board the entire time, we loved that we were lucky enough to get great waves! This spot is pretty close to Rincón and we found ourselves going there quite often for food. Nearby walking distance and bakery has coffee and food and also the pharmacy has tons of things. We enjoyed a smoked chicken place several times. I did not notice when I booked that there is no washer and dryer so pack accordingly. We also didn’t have enough garbage bags and toilet paper for 7 people- most were boys so it’s not like they used a lot of TP. No hair dryer. Only one tv and it’s in the master bedroom so plan for games or “family time” haha. We really enjoyed our time and would rent this place again in a heartbeat

My family and I had a great stay at the Amapola House. The views from the rooftop out towards the ocean are amazing as well as the back porch. The house is in a great location close to a ton of beaches and restaurants and just far enough away to have it peaceful and relaxing. Nicole was super responsive and check in/out was a breeze. We had a great stay and hopefully will be back one day.

This is our 2nd time staying here. Cozy, clean, well maintained, with A/C in all the house/ rooms and very comfortable..! The is well located, very quiet place and in a safe location (closed gate community). With good amenities - pool table, jacuzzi, and side porch. Excellent communication with Karla; very attentive. We’ re coming back to Rincon and staying here.

Jolie was an amazing host, always responsive, proactive and resourceful. She looked after us like a a good old friend! The villa is a gem, a lot of space, an amazing terrace on the third floor, a fully equipped kitchen and an extraordinary location within 3 min from the beach in a great gated community. The tennis court available was a big plus for us and the peaceful and quiet neighborhood was a blessing, especially after a rather stressful and unpleasant stay in San Juan for 5 days prior to this Rincon trip. The neighbors whom most are local residents are very nice and helpful and we instantly felt like home. Rincón is 10min away and there are good restaurants close by such as La Rosa Inglesa or the Beach House where one can enjoy live music. There is a big surfing community around here and one can feel that cool and relaxed vibe everywhere. We are already thinking about returning with our family and friends. Truly amazing!!experience!

Our daughter was on cloud nine between having the pool and beach to enjoy each day. The location was perfect with the beach, coffee shops, restaurants and bars all just a short walk away. The pool was available and clean each morning.

We can't wait to return to Rincon, and when we do, we hope we can stay here in Lauren's place. It was perfect for our family's five-day stay—plenty of room for the five of us, very clean, well-stocked, quiet, and just all-around comfortable. A good-sized washing machine was great for our active family. Our host provided clear instructions and many great recommendations for restaurants and activities. She was super responsive to questions throughout the stay. It was great to find beach chairs, plenty of beach towels, a beach mat, and we were even given permission to use the surfboards they had stored outside. The property is close to all the beaches we love. Highly recommend if you're looking for a place where you feel at home right away and taken care of by the host.

The house was great for two families of four. We loved how close it was to everything in Rincon and all the beaches. The beach next to the house was fun to explore in the mornings! The pool area was nice and was a great place to hang in the evenings.
