Ocean View, Pool, Sandy Secluded Beach, Walkable

You'll find this to be one of the most-secure, best-located properties in town, especially if you want to experience Rincon without having to rent a car. My apartment is walking distance to the town square, 150 yards to a secluded sandy beach, and right across the street from a supermarket, fruit vendors and food carts. The building has backup water cisterns and a 250KW standby diesel generator that will power the entire complex. Relax in comfort!
