Blue Coast Semeli by the Sea is located in the heart of Kato Paphos tourist area, just 100m from the sea side and beach and only 7 minutes walk from the historic Paphos Castle, the famous ancient mosaics and Paphos Harbour restaurants and pubs. This spacious one bedroom apartment has a double bed in the bedroom and a large sofa bed in the living room area, capable of accommodating up to 4 guests. There is a bathroom with a walk in shower and toilet. The apartment has a lovely spacious balcony.

The Property This is a delightfully spacious 2-storey townhouse, 0.124 miles from the beach the stunning views can be seen from the balcony of the house, a short walk from restaurants, pubs and shops Ideal for a week away in the sun or a working holiday, The beach is a short walk back up to the main road and around the nature reserve, when arriving there is a short walk down the passage way beside the car park, this maybe dark so please be prepared.

1 bedroom ground floor apartment, recently renovated to high standard. Located in a quiet, well sought after area of Paphos. Short walking distance (3 minutes) to all amenities (the beach, bus stop, restaurants, shops etc.) Mini market opposite for added convenience. Has all modern appliances i.e. excellent WiFi, new air conditioning units, t.v. etc. Large, private patio with pretty flowers and a table with chairs to enjoy outdoor dining.
