Gosti imaju osigurano zatvoreno parkiralište. Do apartmana se dolazi vrtnom stazom dugačkom 60 m koja ima šezdesetak stepenica. Apartman ima 40 m2 i natkrivenu terasu veličine 15 m2. Posjetite nas i uživajte okruženi zelenilom na prostranoj terasi uz šum mora i pogled na Opatijsku rivijeru i kvarnerske otoke.

The apartment is located in the heart of Opatija in an old Villa. Right next to all the beaches and parks. The main beach of Opatija is only 50 meters away. Everything you need is within few hundred meters. It is quiet part of the center and the most beautiful. It is also right next to the main street and next to all the restaurants and bars. The best location. Apartment is well acquiped with everything (air conditions, etc..) Parking is secured for one vehicle, right next to the apartment.

The apartment is located in a quiet oasis with free public parking in the old town in the center of Rijeka, right behind the Governor's Palace, 100 meters from the Maritime and History Museum of the Croatian Littoral, on the ground floor of a historic building, renovated with love. A small garden for morning coffee or a glass of wine at the end of the day is located in front of the building. Rijeka is a beautiful industrial city and much, much more. We are sure you will enjoy it.
