This modern apartment is located in Rijeka, near to the Tower Shopping Center, 200 meters from the first beach, 5 minutes drive to the beach in Kostrena, 15 minutes walk to the City center and 2 km to the Trsat Castle. You will need to do few stairs more to Apartment m, it is at the 4th floor, but I promise it is worth because of the view :) Inside you will have electric tent, air-conditioning, satellite television, free WI-FI, alarm. Safe and public (free) parking is in front of the building.

Opustite se sa svojom obitelji u ovom ugodnom smještaju.Lokacija je izvrsna,mirna,svaki apartman ima mogućnost boravka vani,u vrtu,blizina trgovina,prijevoza do centra grada gradskim busevima ,do popularnog ljetovališta Opatija 9,6km udaljenost ili do gradskih plaža 1,4 km udaljena plaža Kantrida ,blizina trgovačkih centara(moguće hodom ,oko 120m,najbliža plaža je 15min hodom udaljena), uz kuću je gradski park i puno zelenila.Boravak je pogodan za boravak obitelji.Pristup gostu je individualan.

Cool apartment in the heart of Opatija

The apartment is located in the heart of Opatija in an old Villa. Right next to all the beaches and parks. The main beach of Opatija is only 50 meters away. Everything you need is within few hundred meters. It is quiet part of the center and the most beautiful. It is also right next to the main street and next to all the restaurants and bars. The best location. Apartment is well acquiped with everything (air conditions, etc..) Parking is secured for one vehicle, right next to the apartment.

Boravak u lijepom apartmanu pruža vam jedinstven odmor zbog svoje lokacije jer je smješten prvi red do mora i omogućuje vam kupanje i uživanje direktno iz apartmana. U neposrednoj blizini nalaze se restoran i kaffe bar gdje se možete osvježiti. Lokacija je idealna jer ste za 8 km u predivnoj Opatiji, od centra grada Rijeke apartman je udaljen 5,6 km, od Trsata 9 km, a od predivnog otoka Krka 34 km. Također možete posjetiti i kuću Halubajskog zvončara na Viškovu,koja je udaljena svega 10 km.

Apartman se nalazi na Kantridi u blizini poznatog nogometnog stadiona, na pola puta između centra Rijeke i Opatije, u blizini restorana, kafića, pekare, trgovačkog centara Iz apartmana se pruža predivan pogled na cijeli riječki zaljev i otoke. Plaže su udaljene 5 minuta hoda. Studio apartman (25 m2) je novo uređen i sastoji se od: sobe, kuhinje i kupaonice. U apartmanu postoji mogućnost korištenja perilice suđa i perilice rublja. Opremljen je klima uređajem, te brzim internetom, TV-om....

Na moru

Izuzetan stan, 110 m2 s veličanstvenim pogledom, u kući na samom moru. U uređenju stana zahvaljujući profinjenom ukusu i kvalitetnim materijalima očuvane su vrijednosti kuće čija gradnja datira 1928.g. Uz stan, gostima je na raspolaganju dodatni prostor na otvorenom uz more, te privatni pristup moru. Stan je zamišljen za 3 osobe ( uz posebne uvjete može ugostiti 4 osobe). U istoj kući iznajmljuje se i mali studio apartman za 2 osobe, koji je moguće iznajmiti istovremeno kad je slobodan.

Luxurious five star, two storey apartment approximately 70m2 situated in a traditional old Mediterranean style house which is located in a small marina. Fully renovated in 2016, located on the 2nd floor with a separate enterance. Apartment features a fully equipped kitchen, living room with sofa bed, master bedroom with hot tub in the loggia. Both floors have toilets/bathrooms. We at Vala aparments offer discretion but are always at your disposal if a need arises. Free parking space.
