Everything you need in this newly remodeled one bedroom/one bath home, located in the quiet downtown of Iona. It's a private oasis for both business & travel. Our home is across the street from the city park that features; a walking path, tennis/pickle ball/basketball courts, & children's playground. Its 6 miles north-east of Idaho Falls, and close to Highways 20, 26 and I-15. This unique space features a self-check-in key pad, high speed internet and a fully stocked kitchen and laundry on site.

Welcome to The Idaho Falls Tiny House! At only 400 square feet, the inside is small but the outside is huge. This house sits on its own lot for your privacy. This newly constructed tiny house is perfect for up to 5 guests. Not available? Want more privacy? Check out The Shelley Tiny House just a few miles south of Idaho Falls. It is the same floorplan on 1 acre of land with a view of the valley. We generally don't rent to locals from Idaho Falls. If you are a local feel free to message us.

Discover the gorgeous landscape that surrounds this place to stay. We are 1:15 from the West Yellowstone west entrance and Jackson Hole Wyoming. We are also 1:45 minutes from Teton Teton National Park. In the winter you can drive 45 minutes to get to the Grand Targhee Ski resort. The resort has amazing powder to ski on in the winter and incredible scenic hikes to discover in the fall and summer. This tiny house is perfect for 2 people. Brand new 500 square feet of comfy country living.

Enjoy the peace of country farmland in this cozy 1-bedroom cottage, with downtown Idaho Falls just ten minutes away. Cook up a few fresh eggs in the kitchen, and you might notice our hens wandering through the backyard flower garden. You can enjoy skiing, hiking and other outdoor fun in the nearby area. Originally a milking shed, the Cottage is full of character! It's best used by two people, but four could fit in with the sofa bed.

Although in modern day here at Mountain River Ranch, Cattle Kate is our cabin closest to our bathrooms and showers. It has a darling porch and we welcome you to kick back and enjoy a fire pit outside your cabin with family and friends!

It is close to Bear World, Heise Hot Springs and only 85 miles to Yellowstone National Park and 90 miles to Jackson Hole Wyoming . Kelly canyon ski resort is about 20 minutes away and Grand Targhee ski resort is an hour and fifteen minutes away !
