(Two bedrooms with queens, one futon in livingroom, 420 friendly!) Recently modernized classic Butte home in a cute neighborhood on the ridge between Walkerville and Uptown Butte. It's walking distance to festival locations and the historic district, with a stunning view of the entire valley. I have a background in design, fabrication, and art. I modernized this house with very special consideration for Butte's opulent roaring days of industry and the various styles that came along with it.

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. Completely updated with all the amenities for your comfort. Off street parking and beautiful view. Close to all of Butte's historic uptown businesses. Walking distance to many of the entertainment venues including The Motherlode Theater, Copperking Mansion, Library, bars, restaurants and the Original outdoor stage, where the Montana Folk fest is held ever year in July. Stay in one of Butte's oldest houses and enjoy the quiet comfort and safety.

Unique Tiny Cottage w/ loft ~ 3 min to I-90

This 280 sq. ft. tiny house has a comfortable bedroom and beautiful, tall ceilings. A ladder goes to a carpeted loft with a twin mattress on the floor. The queen bed in the main bedroom has a soft mattress. Most people think it's luxurious and cozy. Those who need a firm mattress might not want to choose this cottage. The interstate is just a few minutes away. The small kitchen has a sink, microwave, a one burner stove, small frig, dishes and utensils.

Great Vacation "Getaway" Luxurious, custom-designed and built private home with four bedrooms, three bathrooms, a large recreation room in the finished basement downstairs, hand-built furniture and stone fireplace designed by owner, and a magnificent view of the surrounding foothills, pasturelands and Pintlar Mountain Range of the Anaconda-Pintlar Wilderness Area. We now have a ramp for accessibility if needed.

Historic Miners Four Square Cottage

This is an 1891 historic home in Walkerville, just above uptown Butte. Beautiful views, quiet and safe neighborhood. Near walking trails and the Granite Mountain Memorial. A three minute drive to uptown Butte. Three glassed in porches, vintage appliances, updated bathroom. Microwave and toaster oven, fully stocked kitchen for cooking. A lovely light and airy home.
