Unit is upstairs and may not be suitable for people with mobility difficulties or small children.

This 2 bedroom home is close to the best of the cities attractions, including the famous Ohio State Reformatory only a 6 minute drive away. The 1211 Building

Enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located 3BR home. You’ll have dining and shopping options nearby, a short trip to: Snow Trails, Reformatory, fairgrounds , historic carousel, city parks, & Mid-Ohio Speedway. Pets welcome with fee. There is ramp access to the front door for 1st floor BR and bathroom access. We acquired this house due to needing an office space in town. Other than the one locked room used for that, you’ll have use of the rest of the 1st & 2nd floors.

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful, cozy, family friendly home. It has everything you need for a long or short-term stay. It is a 5-minute drive to Downtown Mansfield and the hospital. And a short 20-25 minute drive to Charles Mill, Mid-Ohio Racetrack, Malabar State Park, Mohican State Park and Pleasant Hill Lake.
