I built this as a family reunion headquarters, because I wanted a place for my family when the grandkids come to visit. Located in downtown close to grocery's, dining, laundry and shopping. Great for company parties, groups of friends, family get togethers or if you need lots of room for a work vacation. The beds roll into the corner so you can sleep the whole family and then play red rover.

K & M Country Homestead

Our apartment is in the basement of our home it is newly finished and very clean. Interstate-70 is only 6 miles from the apartment and so is very accessible to travelers passing through. The location is great as it is within 2 hours to Salt Lake City, also it is a short drive to Fish Lake and a central location to visit Utah's National Parks.The Sevier Valley Center and Snow College Richfield campus is within 7 miles from our place.

The Shop On Main

Escape to a perfect small-town getaway nestled near the stunning Monroe Mountains, just off I-70. This charming property offers easy access to golfing, four wheeling, hiking, and fishing in the summer, as well as snowmobiling, snow shoeing and ice fishing in the winter. Located close to natural hot springs it's the ideal spot to relax and rejuvenate after a day of exploring nearby attractions like Capital Reef and Fish Lake.

It has been fully restored with this loft style apartment *upstairs* & is currently being renovated to have the @solshinecafe downstairs. It is located in the heart of Monroe right on Main & Center St. This place is perfect for a beautiful get away in an elevated setting. A great location within walking distance to anything in town.
