I had a great experience at this Airbnb! The place was spacious, cozy and exactly as shown in the photos. The host was extremely good and responsive- always available to answer questions and went out of their way to make sure I was comfortable. Highly recommend this place, and I'd definitely love to stay here again!🤗

I had booked Junu aunty's place for my parents and they had a very pleasant stay. They felt right at home. The place is beautifully kept and decorated, exactly as shown in the pictures. The bed linens, rooms and bathroom were squeaky clean and well maintained. The kitchen had all the necessary items. Both aunty and uncle were very sweet and helpful. Would 10/10 recommend.

Phiba, the host is super sweet. Responsible. We wanted to check-in before 3 hrs of check-in time and that too was last moment, but she made that possible. Without any extra fee. Not only Phiba, we met with her family , they all very welcoming. She has 4 beautiful babies! 3 dogs and one little cat! They were definitely a cherry on the cake! It's sad that we book last moment and we were only there for one day, the next days were already booked. But if we are coming back , we will definitely stay at hers! Stayed for a couple of days. The host was responsive and friendly. The place was clean and had good vibes. I will recommend this place to fellow travellers and hopefully will stay there again.

We had booked this place as we were expecting a baby and my wife was admitted in Akanksha Hospital. We were looking for an accomodation where my extended family members could stay and cook food for ourselves. The place served our purpose perfectly. It is at a walking distance from the hospital. There was also a market nearby where we could do our grocery shopping. This place really felt like home. The host Samudra have also been very helpful. I would highly recommend this place.

Very comfortable stay and friendly staff. The place was kept well and was centrally located. We stumbled upon Ikora by chance, while browsing through the app & we took a chance and were lucky. The only request is that the management should impose strict penalties on the guests who have damaged the property in a few spots. Overall highly recommended!

I had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The location was perfect — close to everything but still peaceful — and the facilities were clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully set up. From the start, I felt completely at home. The host’s two adorable dogs made the experience even more special. Unfortunately, I had to check out earlier than planned due to work, but the place was so lovely that I genuinely wished I could have stayed longer. It’s clear a lot of care has gone into making this a true home away from home. I’d love to return someday!

It's my second visit to the place. The host is very kind and supportive. You get your private place with no one to disturb and and peaceful calm environment with lots of bird sounds.

Really fantastic location. It is right next to center of the city and has all the shopping centers and good restaurants 5 min walk away. The apartment itself was spacious and had a balcony with chairs and stuff. They put instant noodles, snacks, and stuff as an add-on when I checked in which I appreciated a lot. The care taker lives nearby so there was no issue with communication or finding the place.

I am a regular at this place. I have never been disappointed. Everything is perfectly managed. Swift checkin, ample parking space, sparkling clean, helpful staff and the host (Jyotishman) is a true gentleman. He will be in constant touch during your stay to help you out with anything you need. As always....I will be coming back soon! :-)

The room felt like home. It had all the things that I would need for a comfortable stay. Kitchen had all the utensils for cooking, bathroom had all the amenities with extra towel and bathrobe. The property surroundings were clean and I had direct access to roof for drying my clothes. The host even had placed various spices, which i really appreciate. Overall I had a great stay. I would surely consider it again, whenever I visit Guwahati.

Owner is very friendly and supporting in check in and checkout, well maintenance clean and hygiene, front views r beautiful with nature mountain, also morning view is mostly cool feel
