Step into our beloved family lake house on Pasquiset Pond. It’s a quiet, cozy spot designed for unwinding and spending quality time with family, no matter the season. When you’re ready to get out and explore, beautiful ocean beaches are just 10 to 15 minutes away, alongside nearby nature reservations with great walking trails, local shops, and coastal spots to check out.

South County Guesthouse

This second story guest house is at the edge of nearly 100 acres of preserved forest in the low-key beach neighborhood of Weekapaug, RI. It is the sister rental to the main house on our property, @southcountyhouse. The guesthouse sits across the gravel driveway, beyond the fruit trees, and provides ample separation from the main house. The backyard has a private deck overlooking the forest, an outdoor shower, hammocks, a dining platform and wood fire grill. Guests must have reviews.

Located approximatly 1 mile from downtown Newport, this ia a truly unique and awesome space. Everything in this house is brand new and the place is spotless. Trust me you will love staying here. It’s the perfect spot for two couples. I also live on property but your space is completely private.. Just as an FYI Fridays and Saturdays are a package deal. You must book both otherwise I would lose the other. (Next to impossible to rent a Saturday if the Friday is already booked)
