South County Guesthouse

This second story guest house is at the edge of nearly 100 acres of preserved forest in the low-key beach neighborhood of Weekapaug, RI. It is the sister rental to the main house on our property, @southcountyhouse. The guesthouse sits across the gravel driveway, beyond the fruit trees, and provides ample separation from the main house. The backyard has a private deck overlooking the forest, an outdoor shower, hammocks, a dining platform and wood fire grill. Guests must have reviews.

Beach house located on Easton Point within walking distance to Easton beach or Second Beach. Guests say the location can't be beat. A place to recharge, relax and enjoy all Newport has to offer. This is a great place to stay with your family with a gourmet kitchen, lots of windows and open floor plan. There is a nice back porch with a gas grill and seating for outdoor dining, beach chairs and more are available. A/C window units are in the bedrooms and main living areas.

Located approximatly 1 mile from downtown Newport, this ia a truly unique and awesome space. Everything in this house is brand new and the place is spotless. Trust me you will love staying here. It’s the perfect spot for two couples. I also live on property but your space is completely private.. Just as an FYI Fridays and Saturdays are a package deal. You must book both otherwise I would lose the other. (Next to impossible to rent a Saturday if the Friday is already booked)
