Stroll down Park Ave to enjoy some ice cream and burgers at Schultzy's or a lobster roll from Flo's Clam Shack (seasonal) while you take in the ocean views. Head to Bristol or Newport, relax at one of the local vineyards and breweries, or enjoy a day on the golf course. Our cottage is also conveniently located near wedding venues & colleges.

Enjoy views of the garden. Great location! 2 min walk to Starbucks/Shaw’s grocery/CVS. 15 minute walk to Barrington Beach. Hop on the East Bay Bike path and ride into Providence or down to Bristol. Only 15 minute drive to downtown Providence and 40 min to Newport. On site parking for 1 car.

Downtown Condo

Fantastic 1 Bedroom Apartment right smack in the middle of downtown Providence. The neighborhood is jammed with wonderful little restaurants, bars and shopping. The Dunkin Donuts Center, Trinity Playhouse, PPAC, The Vets, Federal Hill, Providence Place Mall, Johnson & Wales, Brown & RISD are all a short walk from here. We are located two floors above a couple nightclubs. We don't hear the clubs themselves but on the weekends you can hear the people outside.

This former farmhouse on Aquidneck Ave comfortably sleeps 6 guests in a homely living style with a large yard, BBQ area and off street parking. Expect traditional features and quirks of an older property in our former home that we loved and enjoyed. A healthy walk to beaches, bars/ eateries, a short drive to Newport and a central location for everything the island has to offer!

Beautiful Cape Cod Home 5 Minutes from the Beach and 10 minutes from Downtown Newport! Parking in Driveway Full eat in kitchen and great outdoor deck with Weber gas grill for steaks and burgers. Also enjoy the fire pit in the backyard with your guests! Can sleep a couple more guests on a provided Queen air mattress.
