Rent the entire two-family home located one mile from a private beach in the popular Bonnet Shores. Enjoy the convenience of two kitchens and two living areas under one roof. The Yellow Door Cottage is perfect for the ultimate beach vacation. This 4-bdrm house is close to restaurants/downtown/cliff walk and .3 mi to 1st beach! The main level offers open concept entertaining with kitchen, dining, living area, 1/2 bath and 1 bdrm. 3 spacious bdrms are located upstairs. Gather in the newly renovated lower level with wet bar, tv, games and a 3-piece bath. Enjoy the outdoor shower or sit around the fire pit. Ample outdoor space for lawn games in the fenced in back yard.

Relaxing Charmer near Beaches and Newport!

This spacious home boasts 2 family rooms for guests to relax in, as well as a deck, 4 comfortable bedrooms, and 2.5 baths. The house is easy to get to and has parking for up to 3 cars. Only 1.2 miles to the entrance of the Cliff Walk, and 1.5 miles to Second Beach. Hit the beach, visit the mansions, visit King's Park on the waterfront, or have dinner at Newport Harbor! The Surf Shack - Ocean Views From Every Room

This home was featured in the June 2021 issue of SO RI magazine! Located on a quiet cul-de-sac this home has a welcoming front porch with ocean views, an open concept family room w/ fireplace, a spacious eat-in kitchen and a park-like backyard. Private beach connects to Scarborough State Beach. There are 3 king bedrooms and a separate kids room. Master bath has a jacuzzi tub and 2nd bath has a standing rain shower with sprawling marble sink. House has towels, beach chairs and bikes.
