Das denkmalgeschützte Haus, das sich mitten in Nordhorn befindet wurde saniert und im Landhausstil eingerichtet. Auf knapp 60m² erwartet Sie ein offener Wohn- & Essbereich mit einer ausgestatteten Küche, ein modernes Badezimmer mit Dusche/WC, ein Schlafzimmer mit einem Doppelbett und einem Maisonette-Zimmer, das man über eine steile Treppe erreicht. Oben angekommen befinden sich nochmal 2 Einzelbetten. Im Badezimmer gibt es eine Waschmaschine und einen Fön. WLAN & ein Parkplatz sind vorhanden.
