Recently finished with modern touches, the spaces are all on one level and include a well-stocked kitchen, comfortable beds, clean bathrooms, and a spacious back deck. Our amazing on-site property managers live in a separate basement apartment.

Hill House is Cozy and in the Heart of Rexburg

Hill House is a single level home with one bedroom with stairs. It is in walking distance to BYUI Campus and Temple is close by. Great place to go for walks and hang out in a shared Patio and barbeque. A nice size Fenced in yard. Close to shopping and restaurants. You are 87 minutes drive to Yellowstone National Park or you can go to Jackson Hole Wyoming. Which is 75 minutes drive. For those Hot days, Rexburg has a great pool. This home is unique and cozy. Located in the Heart of Rexburg, Idaho.

The Tiny Home

Located in Rexburg, Idaho’s only tiny home community, this 250sqft house has quick access to local favorites: Big Jud’s Burgers, The White Sparrow Country Store, Heise Hot Springs and Zip Lining, Kelly Canyon Ski Resort and Yellowstone Bear World. It is only 15 minutes from BYU Idaho and an hour and a half away from Yellowstone National Park. Included in your stay is a washer/dryer combo, a projector, Starlink WiFi and more. This tiny home may be small but will give you a memorable experience!

Enjoy a separate entrance to our basement which has 5 themed bedrooms, two bathrooms, a large family room and kitchen/dining space. You may also want to enjoy the beautiful back yard, playground, deck, firepit and picnic spots. (Note: we live upstairs)

“The Nest” a unique and cozy space -sleeps 4

The Nest is one of our newest additions and a lovely, and unique space! It used to be the art studio for Richard Bird. Now it’s a wonderful retreat for up to 4 people. It has two queen beds (one is a sleeper sofa), a table with 4 chairs, heating and air conditioning, a 49” 4K Smart TV with Direct TV, a full kitchen , all cooking and kitchen essentials, spices, appliances, full bathroom, laundry machines, great parking, coded entry, games, full utilities, and fabulous hosts!
