Relax and unwind at Casa de Mar - our 3 bed, 3 full bath seaside home on the North Shore. Close to Salem and Boston, overlooking Swampscott Bay to Nahant. The great room has 25' ceilings, a 70" flat screen TV, a desk, and 2 seating areas. Modern kitchen, new appliances. The master bedroom has a king-sized bed, sitting area, flat screen TV, private balcony, and en suite bath. The first floor bedroom has a queen bed and a private balcony. The third bedroom has a queen bed and en suite bath.

Water front cabin-like guest suite on a quiet pond

Our home is located on a wooded lot overlooking a pristine kettle pond. Access to our home requires ascending a long but gradual set of stairs followed by a second set of stairs to the entrance of the guest suite. The two room suite has a bedroom and a kitchenette with a microwave, toaster, electric kettle and mini frig. There is a French press, coffee bean grinder, tea, cups, dishes and flatware in the cupboards. It does not have a full kitchen ( no stove/ no kitchen sink)
